悬在天上。但法案主推者Mike Lee不会放弃，他的金主也不可能允许他放弃。据说今天
支持者全部集中火力轰炸Perdue，他们极可能正在进行内部交易，试图说服Perdue达成
协议。
上周，IV过于高调引起了激烈反抗，其后传出Lee和Perdue达成17000个名额给Schedule

程序加速过关，但由于伊利诺伊州国会参议员德宾（Dick Durbin）在最后时刻提出异
议而失败。参院下周将开始短期休会大约两周，预计发起人将在那之后再次试图闯关。

After Mexico's supreme court ruled that the state of Oaxaca's ban on
marriage rights for same-sex couples was unconstitutional in December, the
court has now released its official ruling, which cites American legal
precedent.
