such a poor job allowing all jurors (12?) vote unanimously, e.g. allowing
the jurors to test the triggers. Just to understand the legal procedures,
even one juror disagree after continued deliberations, the judge may declare
a hung jury, which results in a mistrial. So should we blame the jurors or
his lawyers? I guess the lawyers. |

立宣言》。
每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落

however you better transfer your start up funding into the company, either
as equity (shares for C/S and membership interest for LLC) or as loans. It
is much cleaner that way. Again, NEVER, I mean NEVER mix personal and biz
financials. It does not matter too much at the beginning if you have
professional bookkeeping, however do keep your books clean and straight. I

Stability Fund 这个Fund如果欧元区国家出不够的话(几乎肯定不够)，就要通过发行
欧元债来补足。

拖下去，尤其是他们觉得不重要的投票。unanimous consent是一个简化的流程，可以
快速投票，但是只要一个senator block就不能用这个流程。
所以现在的情况就是不知道多少时间senate才会debate S386/HR1044。如果一直不讨论
就会黄掉。但是有可能加入其它法案通过。 |

然会block。
结果Lee根本不理这一个直接解决问题并且取消一大阻拦势力的小私货，直接要求原样
子unanimous consent，换句话他明知道不会过还出来演戏，结果Paul就直接block，直
接拿出来一个真正能解决问题但绝对不会通过的移民法案来表态。
这不是演戏给人看呢么
当然了，如果这个月Committee真拿出来表决，60票能过。但是就向大家说的，虽然这
个月也有时间，但是这Bill不算重要，还不知道8天之后能不能提出来。就算提出来了
，有格老的
私货，还要两会在一起开会通过，除非有非常大的动力推动，不然时间太紧了。
Lee上面给老印那么演戏，总觉得不像会这个月拼命真推动的样子。
