Actually, Xiao is not the first one who has this idea. There was similary
experiment on cats around twenty yeas ago, and the result was not promising
at all. Since that such idea died out for many years. However Xiao is the

此人大概是从尼罗河最新一版清华投毒案系列文章中闻到了特别的味道，开始拐弯抹角
打探尼罗河是否认识“赵”氏。先是发明了一个概念叫“赵Luo”，特别注明所谓赵Luo
是具有“赵家精神”的Luo。既然你要玩此地无银，尼罗河也就调调你的胃口——就是
不接茬。直到尼罗河转发了一篇方舟子谈贝志城远程诊断疑点的文章。此人终于忍不住
了：“不问赵家问是民”。此地省略的主语当然是Luo（Luo是此人人肉到的尼罗河真实
姓氏），而此地的“赵家”无法再伪装成“赵家精神”。具有赵家精神的Luo 如何去问
赵家，赵家精神如何能够知道真相呢？
有人看出其中蹊跷。这个“赵”氏是个何等人物？此人一会儿说“赵Luo手通天”，一
会儿又说“不问赵家问是民”。既然把话说到这个地步，尼罗河也就直接回答了，“赵
”氏就是吴今案的证人。而且吴今案的证人不止赵氏一个人。

英国《每日邮报》昨在网上发表了十张由澳洲摄影师拍摄的香港笼屋图片，标题为「香港笼狗」，内文提到香港是世上最富裕城市之一，但有黑暗一面，数千人住在面积只有四呎乘两呎半的笼屋。《每日邮报》又说，笼屋在港是几十年的房屋问题，却未有消失，香港经济只是集中金融服务，很多人无处容身，若不住笼屋便要露宿街头。

国家安监总局今日在其官方网站发布河南航空有限公司黑龙江伊春“8·24”特别重大飞机坠毁事故调查报告。报告认定此次事故是一起责任事故。
2010年8月24日21时38分，河南航空有限公司E190机型B3130号飞机执行哈尔滨至伊春VD8387定期客运航班任务时，在黑龙江省伊春市林都机场进近着陆过程中失事，造成机上44人死亡、52人受伤，直接经济损失30891万元。
报告指出，此次事故的直接原因有三点：
一是机长违反河南航空《飞行运行总手册》的有关规定，在低于公司最低运行标准(根据河南航空有关规定，机长首次执行伊春机场飞行任务时能见度最低标准为3600米，事发前伊春机场管制员向飞行机组通报的能见度为2800米)的情况下，仍然实施进近。
二是飞行机组违反民航局《大型飞机公共航空运输承运人运行合格审定规则》的有关规定，在飞机进入辐射雾，未看见机场跑道、没有建立着陆所必须的目视参考的情况下，仍然穿越最低下降高度实施着陆。
三是飞行机组在飞机撞地前出现无线电高度语音提示，且未看见机场跑道的情况下，仍未采取复飞措施，继续盲目实施着陆，导致飞机撞地。
