每换一批新人，就额外多花Employee Turnover Cost，到底公司喜欢多花成本
培训新人，还是保留老雇员，最终都要好好计算一下，达到一个新的平衡。
可以肯定的是，无论这个平衡停留在哪里，美国工人的利益都会得到更多保护，
美国工人，即使被机器人取代，或者被outsource，失业经济都可以得到缓解。
从这一点来说，这条政策对美国工人来说是一条好政策。 |

发帖数: 2 | 13 首先，看球的人肯定知道最后3分钟才分胜负。那么马刺败在哪里呢？还能赢4盘吗？
1，马刺上半场除了最后30秒，是比鸡块好的。在最后30秒领先9分。可是，popvich将par
ker换成Udrih,此人上来一个turnover.而duncan 也被换下，相反，carl没有大换人，竟
然最后30秒连扳9分。miller最后超半场的3分（只剩0.6秒）宣告今天马刺不行了。所以
，上半场是教练的失误和parker的极其低下的发挥和turnover.
2,下半场基本一样，双方咬得很紧，但是马刺第三节没有上半场最后的失误，所以领先2
分进入第四节。基本上结果谁赢都有可能了。
3，第四节是教练的较量，pop又输了。camlo 上半场在bowen的防守下，发挥很不好，可
是，karl第四节灵机一动，让camlo大内线。而他的两个offensive reb 和投篮命中（双

首先不是什么牛人，资智平平，要不然也不会在年过而立才明晰自己的career。其实回
想起来，最混沌的几年是在博后的时候，有力不知道往哪儿使。读博时一心一意想进
industry，知道fresh很难所以铁心要进一个好的博后组以弥补平平的博士学校然后伺
机进入industry。博士只念了四年，没料到因为当年工业界的H1B很紧俏博后一做做了
三年。由于在Ivy的圈子里做科研，眼界宽了人也浮燥起来，人生从有既定目标变的迷
惘起来，不知道该学什么也不知道最后会去哪儿。所以学什么都动力不足，半途而废了
不少知识，什么备考CFA备考GRE数学乱七八糟的努力都是内心剧烈斗争的产物。最后找
工作生物生统生物信息同时开找，书到用时方恨少，电面人一问三不知，立刻悲剧了。
最惨的一次是被一组bioinfo的人电面，除了统计得心应手，剩下有关蛋白什么的因为
没干过一窍不通。一心一意要离开传统生物，没想到递了二十多份简历到头来还是因为
遗传的背景谋到一份industry的工作。话说回来，如果自己不精于统计和编程，也许这
