整整3个turnover! 加上有一个肥狗没踢进，我驴至少丢了17分！--- 这就是为什么最
后与茶几分差仅一个TD的原因。
还有Decker那个自己莫名其妙摔倒失去一个TD，也是丢掉4分（最后只踢了一个肥狗）。
本周AFCCG对拍子如果又是这样turnover ratio，我驴必死无疑！小鸡和长鼻不会给你
任何犯错误的机会。
其实，就实力而言，如果丹佛不犯错，这场比赛应该拿下---可小鸡等的就是你犯错，
他几乎必然会如愿以偿，这是最令我worried。
拍子是这样一个队，越是重大比赛，丫们越是冷静沉着，就算不占上风，但把比分死死
咬住在14分以内。。。一旦你头脑发热出错（fumble, 漫不经心扔个INT，15-yard犯规
，kick return掉球），他们立刻就会抓住机会反扑！等他们连追2个TD领先，你已经来
不及赶上---因为比赛时间已经没有了。
所以，如果第4节还剩5-6分钟，我驴领先10分（two-score game），这是最令人紧张的

今天D发挥得很好。可以说从赛季初的不适应年轻，到现在开始逐渐成熟了。
看数据也能很好的说明这点。
O发挥得也不错，但是莫名其妙的出了4个turnover.
其中有两个是因为不适应TT的那种physical的防守。
一个是QB的interception.这东西谁都难以避免就不说了。
最后一个是我方wr接球后被撞击昏过去，在场上躺了好几分钟最后还是没起来，导致球丢
这个也没法说。
上半场还剩1分多钟的时候差两个TD.还剩大概二十秒的时候追回来一个。
第三节有一个漂亮的run,但是到第四节才领先。(好像是）。
D真是好样的呀。
觉得OU能在开始这么多turnover的情况下翻盘，真的很不容易。
特发文纪念。也希望Sooner能打BCS.
现在看起来还是有可能的。
至于TT,只能说他们的QB真的很不错。但是防守差了一下。
如果AD在，估计能轻松拿下TT。 |

像是2.6年.
一般年轻时涨幅大,因为起薪低.一般每年都涨个通货膨胀.可这几年,一毛没涨.
另外,还得考虑有卡没卡.
那得看这家人怎么过了.吃一碗倒一碗的主,一般啥也不剩.

应该有3000/month pending, 如果485 turnover rate 是一年的话。
反之，如果485 turnover rate 是半年的话，每月 pending 应为1.5K左右。
如果485 turnover rate 是3个月的话，每月 pending 应为750 左右。
如果485 turnover rate 是1个月的话,每月 pending 应为300 左右.
看了那数据，Aug07-Jul08，（大体对应FY2008 Perm）一年总pending EB2ROW 485 为3800左右，每月300-500左右。
3.4W/3.8K=8.94倍 计算485 turnover rate 为 12/8.94=1.3 month， 前提是 flow 是均匀的。
依稀记得那时485的processing time 是4 个月。 |

tissue,我认为其dynamic应该是不同的。fast turnover tissue 来说，quiescent
stem cell-->proliferating TA cells——》committed progenitors_-->terminal
differentiated cells 这样的过程有利于stem cell快速扩增。但对于很多slow
turnover tissue, 比如，肌肉，骨，这样的TA population在生理状况下是检测不到的
。当然对slow turnover tissue的 stem cell dynamic的研究本来就很少。
关于multipotential是否该是stem cell的定义，最好的回答是Pax7+ satellite cells

大家都管自己的细胞叫干细胞，实际上只不过是炒作概念，
做development的都说自己是做的干细胞了。

乌鸦vs拍子就三大看点：
1. 拍子OL vs 乌鸦front 7
如果拍子OL扛不住乌鸦DL压力和Doom/Suggs的牲口rush，堂哥次次hit或嘴啃泥，拍子
就大势去也。小鸡面对乌鸦front 7凶狠冲击的办法是加一个人到OL线帮助blocking（6
-man OL），如果这个人是大刚克，等于消除了巨汉对乌鸦威胁的一半。
2. 堂哥deep ball vs 乌鸦二线
堂哥长球扔的少，不等于堂哥没有deep ball的能力。以前堂哥不喜欢开大的，一是小
叮当就可解决问题，二是现在拍子的几个小矮人，没有赢长球matchup的能力。以去年
AFCCG在英里高为例，拍子落后，小叮当打不动，堂哥给爱的男人和另一WR频频开大的
，俩废物一个也接不住！
对乌鸦堂哥肯定会找时机扔大的---问题是，如果OL线扛不住，堂哥有起码的时间扔出
大的不？而且拍子的WR速度、物理不够，会跑精准route，但未必能赢乌鸦二线的man-
on-man。
