首半马是去年6月在Ann Arbor,MI,1:50:50. 二半马是去年9月在Lansing,MI,1:39:40.
这次没快几秒,不过平均心率比上一次低了5.
平时的练习就是低心率(~152)慢慢跑,10:30-11:00/mile左右的样子,每周60mile左右.
不知道这么练的话还有多少提升空间?
另外最近左脚大拇指附近一直麻,不管活动还是不活动.今天有同学建议我去查查腰椎间
盘什么的,说如果压迫到神经什么的有可能会麻,不知道大家有什么建议.

学自由泳的进步，太神速了！我只会蛙泳，也没有开水经验，连仰泳都不会。所以准备
室外踹的时候最差就是游一段游不下去被打捞上来DNF（当然没有想会不会有游不下去
了被淹死的可能性）。平时没有时间和场地游泳，所以提高这一项恐怕得过几年的事。
我准备的就是最高目标finish的酱油踹，所以不准备真正train了，天气好了有机会的
时候可能在室外随便骑骑吧，准备就用我50块钱的车去踹了。看到你买的靓车了，如果
哪天我也认真踹了再考虑买辆好点的车。不过我觉得我会有困难，之前crash好几次的
阴影犹在，我觉得我会不敢骑快，所以好车恐怕在我手上也有点浪费。

本打算去海里首踹，游泳教练和队友都说在海里难游，让我先找个pond的tri 试试。从
来不认为我有运动天赋，我想很多游泳的像我一样，在开始100yd 会喘，过后可以游个
上千 yard没什么感觉。
买车后也心疼，不过我相信要想成为Triathloner，you ought to act and look the
part。
我打算穿Speedo One Piece游泳，然后换自行车服，再换上跑步短裤。据说没地方换衣
服，我搞个宽松裙子就可以把游泳衣脱下来，换上其他衣服。 |

你这样穿换衣服的难度好像很大呀，尤其是one piece。这次indoor tri游到骑10分钟
的transition时间我竟然都还迟到了。当时以为时间充裕，还吹了吹头发，还在滴水呢
，怎么发现其她人都走光了，赶紧跑去spin studio，发现大家都开骑了。你们那里5月
份暖和吗？因为我是准备7月份踹，所以准备一身衣服从头穿到尾不换了。
可惜我是大学才学会的骑车，到了都只会上下死的，不会中国几乎人人都会的活的。不
然transition就牛了。呵呵。 |

发帖数: 1860 | 27 主要说说器材，nike flyknit racer,这鞋可真轻，不到6oz，但是这低也太薄了。
跑跑track肯定不错，但是10K或以上的柏油路，脚好疼。
那种有松紧的鞋带，看起来不错，穿鞋奇快，上长距离的话别太紧，脚发麻。
feature的socks，有点厚，跑着跑着有hot spot。
这天跑步给多喝水，我6mile就撞墙了。
说说今天的tri
到那才发现，大家都有大的gym bag，就我是几个超市的塑料袋，头一回，装没看见。
下水了，发现一个问题，大家都跟我说下水再释放，我们组下水立即就出发。一边游泳
一边释放是技术活，我没练过，不会，害我一路再冥思苦想，释放的原理。
T1第一件事是找厕所，浪费2分钟。
游泳被人超死了，骑车想赶赶，结果发现，大家的车咋都那么花哨，为啥轮子是那样的。
又想起来我忘打气了，结果是被超的多，我超的都是老弱病残孕。
哈个腰，一个多小时，腰酸死了，下坡还差点摔了一跤，
不会骑车喝水，但渴的不行，幸亏大牛让我带了水，歪歪扭扭的喝了2次，我恨骑车。
总算到了T2，我也没有bike shoes，放下车就跑，我的T2居然是top 10%的

I watched the performence on PBS. Because of the location,
the acoustics is not so good. But the the voice of Liu is
good.
As for the direction, Mr. Zhang Yimou maybe do not know much
about opera. He tried to make some impressive sences (like
Kunfu, Monks...). But it has nothing to do with the music.
From his direction, you can not feel the ecstatic power the
music expressed. So all these "magnificent" sences became a
ridiclous show off Chinese culture.

发帖数: 6210 | 49 感觉比tmax容易处理highlight，而且网上很多人都是按EI 200甚至更慢的卷来拍的，
过曝了一两档跟没事一样。agitation的时候轻柔一点，颗粒其实可以做到非常细腻，
昨天LD看了刚冲出来的两卷，还以为是数码拍的。不过有一点不好的是晾干以后卷得
比较厉害，扫描的时候有点问题。
可怜手头这400ft的tmax不知道该怎么处理？
胶卷：Kodak Tri-X 400 Bulk
器材：Leica M4，Leica 50mm Summicron，yellow filter
冲洗：HC-110 Dil E, 22C, 7 min 45 sec, 2 agitation per 2 min

非标准的浓度，３0C的水温，十几分钟，中间就搅拌一次，那叫个省心。而且质感厚实
，颗粒舒服。 |
