旧金山联邦地方法院24日就东湾三谷大学(Tri-Valley University)案作出裁决，
并裁定该校一名华裔校长数十项诈骗罪罪名成立，这些控罪都与被告向联邦政府骗取学
生签证、再利用签证向外国学生进行诈骗有关。
法院的陪审团经过两天闭门审议后，裁定43岁的苏素珊(音译，Susan Su)31项诈骗
罪罪名成立，控罪包括了签证诈骗、洗钱、收藏无证件的外国人。
犯罪行为全部发生于2008年至2011年之间，期间被告开设和打理三谷大学，但这所
大学却是假的，没有获得当局的认证资格。
联邦地方法院法官狄加(Jon Tigar)下令立即将被告扣押，并等待6月20日的宣判；
联邦的检察官还没有向法官建议刑期，但案情严重，被告可能被判很长的刑期。
一个联邦大陪审三年前正式起诉被告，起诉书指，她利用假学校在网上宣传和吸引
外国学生，借着提供学生签证牟取巨利；这些外国学生在拿到学生签证后，就可留在美
国。
这种利用假学校进行诈骗的手法，被形容为“签证工厂”(visa mills)。因为此案

sleep deprived -- had total about 6 hours of sleep since Friday afternoon.
went out and did an Olympic distance tri this morning -- 1.5k swim, 40k bike
, and 10k run.
Not as bad as I expected. Overall time: 2h38. Swim leg: about 31min;
Biking leg: ave speed 20.5mph, ave HR 159; Running leg: ave pace 8'35, ave
HR 158. Didn't feel pushed to the limit after the race, and now feeling
pretty good about the upcoming 70.3 in |

象。一个是风阻更小的，另一个就是frame设计得使得下一段跑步时用到的肌肉不至于
用太多太累。不过大概刚开始弄个road bike也感觉不出来啥区别，等成绩上去了才考
虑专车专用的事情。。
国内的那个不是fixed gear，叫single speed，还是有差别的。 |

不过 non-drafting 的 tri 不是和 TT 类似吗？triathlon 的人大多数也都是
骑 TT bikes 啊？当然调校可能很不同。
先搞完 refi 和确定拿到 ICP 再来想新车。 谢了。

if you know your size there is nothing wrong with buying online. you can
show them the online deal and ask them if they can give you a comparable
deal. if they can sell you a comparable bike at a price only $200-300 more
expensive, then it makes sense to buy local because you have one year of
free fitting and service. |

以 aero position的效用基本是零，还损失了一些 control，这不是 tribike 不
tribike 的问题。tribike 乖乖骑还是很可爱的。tribike 受到人民攻击是因为 1。
aerobars 在那里你就会想趴上去，2。 tri people 里面这样的傻人比较多。 |
