trough技术美国60/70年代就建站运行了，稳定运行到现在，建在美西的6，7个光热电
站到今天运营还是不错的，都属于DOE/FPL旗下的电站。但是刨除国家补助这种技术能
不能挣钱，都40/50年了还看不出来么。
如果不是西门子当时傻了，就是故意给中国购买作中介然后趁机配合推销光热电站必须

很简单：透支未来。

车费把车赎回来修，结果mechenic说车前frame变形，压住右轮子alignment。修frame
大概要2000，车撞之前也只值3000了，他劝我还不如再买一个二手的。于是350卖给
junkyard，早知道当初不赎回来了。
准备上local craigslist买个便宜的用用，发现3000刀左右的mileage几乎都上100k。
找到两个mileage不高而且价格比kbb低不少的，赶紧联系了一下，都只有email,而且两
个都说车在别的州，听起来很不靠谱。而且理由都很象，一个死了丈夫一个要去阿富汗
，一个用google check一个用ebay.都反复要名字地址要把车给我运过来。都拼命发车
照片，有一个还发了CARFAX。不知道是不是骗子阿，有木有人有类似经验？

my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why

My feeling is the peaks and troughs of Chinese mkt is kind of leads US mkt,

Currently I am avoiding Europe although it is relatively cheap. I doubt the
EU crisis has been fully priced in, the best case scenario will be a V-
shaped recovery, but even so it will go through a deep trough, especially EU
are moving toward continent wide austerity direction and they are on the
verge of recession. I suspect the austerity plan will not work, just as we
already find out in Greece and Spain.

Such highly leveraged REITS could be quite risky, many of them stopped
paying dividends (or went bust) during the trough of the last real estate
boom/bust cycle.
However, if you believe the recent RE boom just started and could last for a
while, they are a good vehicle to ride on.

a) There is 7-pay limitation on IUL, you can't invest a lot one-time.
b) In the long term, index will go up, but in the short term, it has
fluctuations, so you better DCA because nobody knows when is the peak and
when is the trough.

consequences, which is a big gap between investor returns and funds returns,
and it can only be explained by investors on aggregate bail out at the
market trough and pile up near the market peak. Too bad.
There are certainly someone with the skill and/or luck, if a retail investor

This is special for Engineer PhD or some other PhDs applying
industry jobs.
My suggestions is:
Do not waste time on small companies.
You will definitely find a good position at a good company if you
try hard.
So just find out the fortrun 500/1000 company list,
pick out the ones fit your background, then apply it trough some ways.
If you happened have some chance to apply small companies,
then try them as test.
Just do not waste too much time on them.
They cannot beat |
