（一）梁警官是极端自私之人，才导致陪审团成员无法原谅他
12个陪审团都一致认为梁警官有罪，那为何华人大都以为美国司法表现在梁警官身上就
是判决不公？言外之意有种族歧视的嫌疑？
撇开种族立场，单从心理学角度来看梁警官这个案子，我们就需要静心静气地反思这一
事件是什么因素导致12个陪审团一致认为梁警官有罪的共同心理。
我们需要做一个假设，假设梁警官是一个有教养的人，那就会出现下列一系列“如果”
。我们根据这些“如果”对12个陪审团的心理作用从而推导出结局应该是怎样的。
1.如果梁警官是一个善良的人，那当他得知他的子弹误伤了人（这是他和同胞们坚守的
案件定性），那他就应该不考虑自己的得失而立刻去对受伤者施救。
2.如果梁警官是一个能换位思考的人，那他就应该当即明白无辜被杀的人也有父母或妻
子儿女等亲人，人家的亲人被打死了，他就当即想到如果自己是对方，自己的父母兄弟
妻子儿女等亲人该是何等痛苦？

And what you mean by "Commanding view"? what is the ground
clearance for Explorer? it is 6.5 in. How about Trooper?
it is 8.3 in.
Now let's talk about fuel efficiency, Explorer is 14/20,
Trooper is 15/19, both for auto. not to mention Trooper
had manual model which obviously will do more better on
fuel efficiency.

数建议结果是认罚，有位仁兄建议找trooper看看能否免掉。于是接受建议，在第二天
更新了驾照然后跑到trooper station战战兢兢地询问。 在那里调度的是个略上年纪的

车祸路口是Route 50 @ Inlet Isle。
事故经过
我是向东，右转only lane直行，对方是向西，左转道 fail to yield(?)，我的直行主
道已经有两条lane yield他了，但车祸发生时，我没有看到他，最后是我前车撞上她的
passenger side
她的红绿灯情况不清楚（肯定不是左转绿灯），我的直行是绿灯（我有witness），但
是右转Only没有灯。
现场判定
警察现场裁定是both at fault, 然后一人一张citation.
警察宣布的，事故现场并没有人受伤。
问题
1. 由于是第一次车祸（不太熟悉车祸后应该如何现场善后），而且车已经没法开动了
，所以就请警察叫了拖车，然后送到body shop维修，回来之后联系enterprise，他们
也没有在这周主动联系我这些事情。不知道这一部分的费用是怎么计算的？
2. 因为最近刚从PA搬到MA，然后回去就发生了这个事情，我应该是先转驾照，还是先
fight这个ticket之后再转呢？

an unusual traffic stop on the ramp from northbound Highway 167 to

1. Reuben及其family和朋友，即使在投奔Auburn的岁月里，也一直认为Saban的严格体
系是最利于Reuben成长的。另一方面，即使在这段时间里，Bama球迷大部分虽然极度厌
恶那个tatoo,但是几乎公认小鲁的MLB talent是最近十年都罕见的。
2. Auburn得到Reuben，过程是1）原中学教练被炒，所以转学到了Auburn；2）在转学
到Auburn这个事情上和Bama某教练发生了争执，Reuben觉得伤了感情；3）Auburn白毛
巾教练，招生神人Trooper（招牛顿也是他）下了死力，和Reuben建立了极好的关系。
3. 重回Bama源自 1）Trooper被炒，小鲁不高兴；2）Kirby Smart一直保持联系，给了
小鲁回归之路；3）来自Auburn论坛的消息，Trooper在离开Auburn后仍然和许多

cso 847M的容量，有不少动画和语音，虽然是纱布效果（一半的分辨率）
整体画面感觉还是不错的，总共12个月的战斗，然后开始二周目
Class G总共可以有不少人，不过只能选一辆车，19个人进入group
Avan必须是leader，后来可以选另外一个，leader在场上可以多一个行动点CP
界面感觉比ps3 VC1好些，没有那么多动画必须要看，几个部分是
store 购买无聊收集品，order，paid mission
R&D 升级武器
training 升级兵种，改变兵种
战斗时候最多只能6个人在场上，一个区域最多5个人
开始感觉还可以，很快问题就暴露出来了，相比ps3版本，战场太小
分隔成多个空间以后这个感觉更明显，所以战斗从ps3版本正常距离
射击变成了跑到敌人眼皮底下然后开枪，坦克我也是用类似方法，通过
运兵车把人送过去，然后绕到后面打radiator
每次行动时候运动中敌人scout/trooper/tank/v2在视野内就会开始射击
准备开枪瞄准的时候敌人不会动作，射击完了敌人可能反击一次，然后
