本人是生物phd，phd期间做的是肿瘤相关的， 其中有一些human study，但是没有
clinical trial的。最近毕业在找工作，看了一些clinical trial方面的工作，觉得还
是挺有兴趣的。看job description,好像对背景要求也不是太高，大部分要求本科就行
了。不过要求有工作经验，另外很多职位prefer要护士。投了一些简历，也没有回音。
我想请教一下，这样的职位以我的背景有戏么？这个职位的职业前景怎么样？怎么样才
能进这个行业呢？

得很复杂，陪审团长考三天之后，才做出判决。法庭书记员宣布陪审团判决结果后，部
分陪审团成员回到法庭，与我们进行了短暂的交谈。我特别感兴趣的是，陪审团做出裁

有人说，一个审判的结果在挑选陪审团的时候就已经结束了。JOHN GRISHAM 小说里经

经历的联邦法院，双方都只有20分钟时间询问陪审团候选人，并只有四次排除候选人的

场外是巨大的电视，现场直播。先是美国国歌，然后开始比赛。很有趣的是，我看到屏
幕上枪响，听到的却是从隔壁传来的枪声！这就是现场。美国的田径不赚钱，运动员怎
么办？原来大公司资助。大部分人受Nike, Adidas, Ascics 等公司赞助才来的。
值得注意的是现场的保安工作。开幕式没有烟火，却有美国空军的2架战斗机呼啸而过！
eugene 警察局的防炸弹卡车也出动了。但现场的警察不多。

of bail, I did a trial by written clarification. It has been a month
already but I have not received anything from the court. But I just found
out new appearance date is this Thursday when I visited superior court
website. I am not sure if I should go to the court as I am still waiting for
final judgment from the court. I am in LA. Any suggestion or info would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks!

今天中午去吃午饭的路上，车导航给导了一条小路，结果过一十字路口的时候没留意到
stop sign就直接开过去了，路口过了一半副驾老婆说刚刚有stop sign，条件反射踩刹
车，车立刻减速接近全停，但是已经开到对面去了，被埋伏在隔壁垂直路口的警车抓个
正着，第一次moving violation，之前有过几次parking ticket，所以有些慌，乖乖递
过去驾照和registration，也忘记求情，警察问我的时候我还傻乎乎说"did not pay
attention to the sign"，然后警察拿走驾照之类的回车开citation，不过奇怪的是
total due那里没有标明总价，就是列出 FINE:$25;EMS:$10;MCARE:$30....我自己加了
下，大概100多刀
我想问这种情况有可能不扣分只罚款吗？需要怎么处理呢？citation上面标明10天内去
magisterial district office报道，这个就是我们地区的法庭了吗？可以去的时候当
场求情吗？
