生病的人需要的是care，不是cure，因为严格地说，只有人体自身才能cure，任何药物
最多都只能是help the body to cure itself。特定的器官或组织有特定的生理功能，
在生病的时候可能无法完成正常的生理功能，这个时候就需要辅助的手段来完成正常的
生理功能，以维持人体的正常运作，这就是care。例如皮肤的一个生理功能是保护。如
果一个人体表受伤，皮肤失去了保护的功能，可能就需要用纱布把伤口包起来，暂时用
纱布来代替皮肤的保护功能。又例如严重肠胃炎的人无法正常进食，这个时候就需要使
用特殊的进食方法，必要时使用静脉输液，以维持生命所需的营养和水分。这些都是
care的例子。人体具有强大的自我修复的能力，对于一般的疾病，只要你把病人care好
了，他自己就会慢慢康复。即使是对一些比较严重，需要使用药物的情形，care的重要
程度也远远超过药物。中医理论的“三分治七分养”就是这个道理。把熟睡中的病人叫

一面倒地认为面粉增白剂有害无益应该被禁用的专家意见。据报道，商务部、国家发改
委、质检总局、工商总局都同意取消面粉增白剂，只有卫生部反对。直到最近，卫生部
终于让步，对是否禁止使用面粉增白剂公开征求意见，公告称将设1 年的过渡期限，拟
从明年12月起禁用面粉增白剂。这个决定也受到了众多质疑，网上的调查结果显示，90
%%以上的人赞成禁用面粉增白剂。
食品添加剂长久以来已被妖魔化，人们对之本就疑虑重重，巴不得什么食品都是“纯天
然”，如果换一种食品添加剂做调查，结果估计也差不多。但是监管部门在决定批准或
禁用某种食品添加剂时，应该有合理的科学依据。如果有科学证据表明面粉增白剂真的

看到很多，很多也是entry level的，我也是基本每周都投，大小公司都有，但都是石
沉大海。
个人觉得，经验少于一年，硕士，无人推荐，找工作完全就是碰运气。老板多年不跟工
业界联系了，帮不了什么忙。有个同学，硕士，不是环境的，找的是系里其他老师的推
荐，马上就拿到了good year的offer。
本人还是想进工业界，因为不太愿意走学术。贴下本人主要经历，请教环境方面的前辈
