ＴＲＹＯＵＴ去了。惨不忍睹。所以我就没睹完。感觉有很多已经在打俱乐部的娃，那
互相配合起来的脚法和节奏是甩出我们酱油队中等球员１０条街的。那比赛的速度是超
越俺们整个League的。
我的心碎成了１００片，然后拍拍娃肩膀，说Good job。一路谈笑风生，若无
其事的回家了。内心里，娃有多traumatized，等娃长大后自己理顺吧。
所以呢，奔着酱油到五年级的节奏去吧，奔着强身健体的节奏去吧，奔着和小伙伴嘻嘻
哈哈的节奏去吧。。。该继续的继续，该练球的时候练球，本是快乐的事情就快快乐乐
的。毕竟酱油travel队还能混几年。
同时呢，既然目标是酱油，是强身健体，是１３岁前自娱自乐，索性酱油的啥都玩玩儿
，也不用一条树下静淌了。。跑跑步，减减肥，投投篮，爬爬山，游游泳，整点儿人生
的乐趣好了。。
弟弟，Ｋ娃队里没事儿就帽子戏法的，要不要趁早去试试呢？我看他也进不去。。。太
难了。。:（

的这种极其容易受伤的运动，那也罕见 FreeStyle 3（这边酱油课的分级）及以下有
受伤的（平衡太差了屁股摔伤的不算）。。。足球的话，游乐场碰碰车碰两下也碰不出
Traumatic Brain Injury。。。其实田径里面短跑跳远肌肉拉伤也司空见惯，但是穿
钉鞋比穿网球鞋跑还慢的，那也不总不至于能肌肉拉伤不是？（画外音：哥们肌肉在
哪里我看——不——见——）。。。当然我承认我又是在放 cannon-fodder bias。。。 |

出来打我，我就删贴。
是这样的。我们最近把娃上了三年的乐器课停了。娃在三年里和老师亲密接触，培养了
感情。我比较直，上课前跟老师说的。觉得应该有个交待。而且万一老师想收收尾啥的
。我对老师表示了感谢。表达了惋惜。但我意已决，想让娃试一下别样东西。娃老师很
震惊。很失望。很伤心。觉得很突然。希望我们能早点表达意愿。对我们的决定不理解
。很惋惜。暗示我们强加自己的意愿在娃身上。但也对我直抒胸臆表示感谢，理解家长
会为娃作出各种安排。
这些都是意料中的事情。这是个很艰难的对话。５-１０分钟谈完了，我就出去了，老
师上剩下的课。出去后，我又自省，觉得实在不是老师的错，是ＭＡＲＫＥＴ的错。中
国娃学乐器这个市场不热了。拿大奖的市场有，启蒙混乐队的市场有，但不高不低还年
年烧银子的市场？不太有吸引力。
正想着呢，到点了，娃出来了。然后没有意料中的事情发生了。是这样的，该老师跟我
谈完话，就去找我娃诉苦。在我娃面前大哭。我娃也哭了。上车后一直哭丧着脸。中间

于是我回国期间有事没事就找同学，朋友出去喝酒，喝茶，喝咖啡，泡夜店，吃烧烤，
吃火锅……那一个时刻，我终于可以内心平静的说：我的地盘我做主！
如果要归的话，我准备归广州或者深圳……虽然空气比不上美国，人比美国多多了……
但是每次开车走在深圳滨海大道上的时候，你会特别真实的感慨：生活在中国有什么不
好呢？！

teenagers，儿童或者精子的人一是没有亲身体会，二是这些人都是改开的收益者，所
以6月对他们最重要的一天是六一。
69前普遍经历过比较traumatic的童年，比如吃不饱，需要早起倒尿盆，一周只能洗一
次澡这种80后看来反人性的人生体验，加上初次来美（90年代之前）受到的shock>80后
>90后>>00后，这种历史原因导致的不幸组合造就出一种所谓“53岁俱乐部”的奇特人
性特质，比如自恨，舔日，一日不悲愤就不舒糊，你混得比我好就是赵家人之类。
好在人类的平均寿命也就是80多岁，甚至更乐观点，到70岁以后大多数人都知道为了活
长一点还是少生气为好，所以我判断再过个10几年股版的气氛能大大的改善，到时候没

目前身份是H1B，也是在美国境内F1转的H1B。
问了一圈，包括学校的OIS, HR以及一个移民律师
可以肯定的是，必须要出去签US 的VISA
然后律师建议是可以尝试先去加拿大签美国VISA,再去办法国VISA
由于俺的专业名字比较敏感 （pharmacology & toxicology），包括律师以及OIS 的人
都说check可能性比较大，（虽然他们都说加拿大check的概率小于国内的，所有人都不
建议去墨西哥签证，说墨西哥很容易被check，而且TJ 这个地方太可怕，呵呵）
我最後决定的是先去法国，在回国签
周5去法国领馆签证的时候要求提供机票预订的证明，证明开会完了回中国
得到这个消息后，当天定了机票，fax了itenary。 其他的东西，凡是网页要求准备的
都要求看了一遍 （包括工资单阿，存款帐户阿，法国的旅馆阿，会议邀请函阿什么的
，最后要我补飞机预约的证明)，凡是没提要看的，一个也没要看。周一就让俺去取 签
证了
俺现在就指望回国以后签H1B 不要耽搁太久
上次F1 check了2个月，traumatized 了,nnd!!!

我也不在乎那几个钱。拿了绿卡我就转行。其他任何行业加班都有加班费的，老板绝对
不敢当着你面说你再不听劳资的你就给劳资滚这种的。说难听点，当小姐都比现在有自

火車翻覆等意外傷害、性侵害、暴力攻擊反覆在社會上發生，天然災禍如地震或水災的
威脅始終存在。這些情境讓人們面臨死亡或嚴重傷害威脅，且經驗到異常強烈之害怕、
無助、或恐怖的感受。
面對這些情境，我們的身心必然會受到影響，並出現強烈的情緒變化，所幸多數人可以
走出心理創傷，在事件後幾周內逐漸康復，不會有長期的後遺症。但有少部份人此後會
出現創傷後壓力疾患（Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD），症狀包括：
1. 重歷其境：例如關於創傷之噩夢反覆出現、侵入性記憶、
突然重現(flashbacks)等。
2. 迴避與此創傷有關之刺激，並出現廣泛地麻木。
3. 持續過度警醒：難以入睡、易怒、注意力不集中、易受驚嚇等。
上述情形通常難以向他人表白，有些病患甚至把創傷藏在心底、變成不為人知的秘密，
他們彷彿生活在無聲的暗影之中，獨自被無名的痛楚日夜折磨。精神醫學界以及社會大
眾對此疾病關注，總是在事件之後非常熱衷，一段時間後熱情冷卻，就逐漸遺忘這群病
患。
