一个人是把 transducer 装在 kayak 仓内贴底的。想想好像应该也是可以的，
transducer 本身就是包在塑料/橡胶里的，多包一层应该不会阻断sonar 信号。不知道
版上的大神们有没有试过，或者这方面的信息。先谢一个。 |

1） Amazon上的这款有两种价格，其中一种是单机，不带transducer，那么是否带各类
的wiring cables？如果是带了transducer的，是不是肯定带有各类必须的cables？
不带transducer，应该只带电源线，没有其他各类的wiring cables
如果是带了transducer的，肯定带有各类必须的cables
如果要StructureScan®功能，需要另外买一个StructureScan® HD
transducer.
2） 懒得拖船到dealer那里，考虑自己安装，看了看，感觉不难，请教是否可以自己安
装？

Transducer内部构筑基本是通用很多不同的声纳，只要声纳内部的构造频率没有改变，
同一厂家的Transducer可以通用，比方说Humminbird的SideImage系列最低至最高的
1199都通用一个Transducer，新出的Onix/Ion,声纳构造不一样了，DI是独立的Built-
in，这就不能用在前期的声纳上。Trolling或是Transom Mount的声纳本质上一样的东
西，但是外部构造不一样，Transon船尾的声纳有个瓶颈弧度用螺丝固定，碰到障碍物
会翻起来不至于伤害Transducer，这个瓶颈弧度用在Trolling马达上就不行了，
Transducer要平面的才能妥妥的绑在TM上。Again，Retail Box里面是Transom Mount，
厂家免费给换Trolling Mount。
附图是我的老声纳的二个Transducer，一模一样的声纳，船尾跟船头的Transducer完全
不一样，船头那个是2D声纳Universal吧，可以通用很多不同的声纳了。图三不是我的
船，用原装船尾的声纳是错误的。

fishfinder，综合考虑了一下，以下这款感觉符合要求，大小也算合适，内置了GPS和
地形扫描，可以加一个无线传输。
Lowrance HDS 9 Gen2 Touch screen
再配一个无线传输器 Lowrance WIFI-1 Module，感觉这样可以省下船头的fishfinder
，直接同步在手机上看了。
我有几个问题，请教你和版上的各位懂Fishfinder/GPS的大侠，请帮忙看看。

发帖数: 5728 | 11 综合考虑了一下，今天去west marine看了看实物，决定定7英寸的，否则太大了，
tracker的console那里太小。傍晚回来认真对比了Hummingbird 8 ci touch，Simrad
NSS7，还是觉得Lowrance HDS 7 gen 2 touch胜出很多，在定transducer时候很犹豫，
在50/200 hz和83/200 hz之间对比了很长时间，后来看网上资料，说100尺以内，83/
200略好，100尺以外，50/200更好。所以transducer定的是83/200。地形扫描的
transducer也一并定了，安装的位置还没研究，我考虑马达两侧一边一个transducer，
不知道是否可行。
还订了Lowrance WIFI module，这样在船头就可以看手机操控，省下一个fishfinder。
marker也顺便多定了几个，看到水下树枝就扔定位。过两天到了以后，先研究一下怎么
用，然后安装，不知道transducer这东西，dry run是否可行？必须要在水里么？

transducer的个头看起来就像小弟弟，而扫描地形的简直就是一只大脚。
现在的问题是，是需要把这两支transducer并排安装，还是可以分开两侧安装。哪种比

阵子，后来一直忙，就没继续干，计划中的活主要有以下几点
1）引线，battery compartment到console，已完成
2）拆除原配fishfinder和transducer，已完成
3）安装升级后的fishfiner和transducer以及structural scan transducer，完成了一半
4）电池升级为军用agm电池，安装minn kota随船充电器，完成
5）拆除原配trolling motor，未完成
6）升级线，从battery compartment到bow，未完成
7）安装升级trolling motor，未完成
8）安装自动升降trolling motor设备，未完成
9）安装船上无线网络系统，连接pad和手机，操作fishfinder/gps，未完成
10）安装power pole，未完成
这个周末很累，今天没去上班，睡了懒觉，下午在家忙着升级电池，原配电池如图一，
两块，简洁明了的接线，在拆除过程中，把一个电极的螺帽拧折了，没办法只好剪掉重

retro-virus to transduce BMDCs. Although the protocols vary a little bit
from one to another, none of them worked for me so far :(
I don't see much cell death by PI staining, but the pattern of the side/
forward scatter of the transduced cells does look a little different from
that of the untransduced cells (gated on live cells only). And more
importantly, CD11c expression is highly inhibited in transduced cells.

read digital numbers.
I know in my lab, we use both pressure gauge and pressure transducer.

If you want mount on the fence, you can use tactile transducer, same 180
degree out of phase. It might require some testing to perfect this. That is
what I use to cancel the sound from my home theater room. I have over 3000
watts (one 400 watt amp for each channel) for the theater, I used about 20
tactile transducers mounted strategically in between the drywalls to block
the sound, after I spend some time tuning it, it works amazingly well now. |

It is surprisingly accurate but it is not very feasible to use from shore.
The cord sinks and retracts the transducer towards shore.
It is good for small boat/Kayak/Canoe fishing and ice fishing.
The transducer can listen through the hull or ice layer.

能是没有注意。这个tick是很轻很轻的从transducer里面出来的声音是从sonar屏幕出
来的声音。船长的船如果transducer是装在船底里面的，估计比较不容易听到。只有在
比较安静的情况下，sonar工作的时候才会有这个声音。 |

发帖数: 1930 | 32 KV老大问的问题都太高深了，我真的不算懂，不敢瞎说。
就目前的评价和普及率来说， Lawrence的确是比hummingbird好。我们当初买
hummingbird主要是考虑便宜，一个package就行不用额外买transducer.
另外前两天船长不是推荐了Garmin么？我最喜欢的钓手Scott Martin就是用Garmin的，
似乎也没有什么问题。这个只要功能到位了，主要是习惯问题了吧。
船前面安装一台的好处大大的，装在trolling motor上，才能真正做到指哪儿打哪儿，
精准到厘米。否则在船后面transducer给你的信号，掉个头之后多少都会偏离。我觉得
前面的简单点就行， 不用啥gps，直接是个sonar，有down image最好。

海绵垫的，我kayak运输时一般都是倒扣在车顶，老感觉这么搞好像不太结实，有没好
点建议？
fishfinder往kayak上装youtube上有视频的，自己要有电钻就行。但视频里装的
transducer方法，我感觉不太适合我。我还没法往船底打洞加螺丝固定，看着好像只能
用胶。 |

发帖数: 5728 | 35 冬季版上真冷清，几天没来，十分钟看完所有帖子，南方的同志们在干嘛？
去年十一月底买条淡水船以后，开始了一步步地升级，此中得到版上同志们的大力帮忙
，学到了很多知识，重要的部分俺没有交给dealer去做（因为船的基本知识贫乏而不得
不自己干），大到型号小到镙丝俺都一点点研究和学习，这几个月受益匪浅，韩少，
boatmotorguy，pplulu等等几位大佬知识非常丰富，还有很多其他各位老大回帖，俺也
学了很多。
除非购买ranger，nitro等top of the line的淡水船，tracker这种船是很简单的入门
级，船上除了汽油马达外，其他大多主要配件都需要更换或者升级。我的教训是，最好
是购买之前研究明白，然后开单子让dealer去干，否则自己干的工作量太大了，而且开
销相当不菲，不划算，好处是能学到很多基本知识，对船的了解也更多。
我购买时候请dealer升级了自动锚等一些非关键配件，也根据新泽西的规定，downsize
了马达，但是忽略了关键的两样，即fishfinder/GPS和trolling motor，走了很多弯路

俺是纯外行，不过现在的工作需要用到超声，基本就是用FG产生信号，amplifier放大
，然后接到transducer。FG是一个EE的博士生设计的，amplifier是ENI 2100L，50db，
2手的
现在问题是：FG的信号设定是1V，1.5Mkz. Amplifier输出的应该的是316V，但是我观
测到的只有3V，如果amplifier的输出不连接任何cable，输出可以到67V，不过还是远
小于正常值。我同事已经用oscilloscope测出FG产生的信号正常。难道是amplifier的
问题？如果是的话如何检测呢？我们的这个transducer设计的是在1.5Mkz工作。

发帖数: 6 | 40 我刚开始做金葡菌的致病因子，要用phage从一种strain上载入一个mutant DNA片段导
入另一个strain。用的phage是transducing phage，据提供者说high frequency of
lysogenization。我用plaques提取lytic phage，然后和recipient混合，incubate 20
分钟以后立即稀释、涂板，结果没有一个带resistant marker的colony长出来。
我的实验方法可能会出什么问题？
这种phage是不是主要进行specialized transduction？收集lysogen然后transduce是
不是可行的方法？

发帖数: 137 | 41 之前做过很多lentivirus，都是超速离心virus之后infect细胞，transduction效率都
还不错，这次偷懒没离心，直接用的含有病毒的medium，可是puromycin select一两天
后细胞全死光了，以下是详细的protocol:
vector用的是pBABE-Luc （基于pBABE-puro,只不过也表达luciferase）
293T细胞，养在75cm2 flask里，用lipofectamine2000转染的，包装病毒用的是second
generation packaging system (PAX2,pMD2.G)
分别于转染后48hr和72hr collect medium，过了一下0.45uM的filter，又加了8ug/ml
的polybrene，就加到要transduce的细胞里去了，24hr之后开始puromycin selection
我能想到的问题可能是准备transduce的细胞有点太confluent了，但这也没法解释全死
光的结果，我想很可能是没有病毒包装，高人们帮忙看看这过程中可能是么出了问题 |

觉得好象精度不够.比如我要测的SiC JFET, 开关时间在几十个纳秒,但是transducer反
应的时间要一个毫秒左右,waveform测出来应该误差很大吧...
本人绝对菜鸟,望达人不吝赐教. |

发帖数: 5597 | 48 俺是纯外行，不过现在的工作需要用到超声，基本就是用FG产生信号，amplifier放大
，然后接到transducer。FG是一个EE的博士生设计的，amplifier是ENI 2100L，50db，
2手的
现在问题是：FG的信号设定是1V，1.5Mhz. Amplifier输出的应该的是316V，但是我观
测到的只有3V，如果amplifier的输出不连接任何cable，输出可以到67V，不过还是远
小于正常值。我同事已经用oscilloscope测出FG产生的信号正常。难道是amplifier的
问题？如果是的话如何检测呢？我们的这个transducer设计的是在1.5Mhz工作。

The pressure is fluctuating too much, and flow rate is not normal too.
If eliminate the solvent influence and pump prolem, could it be the problem of
the Transducer? I try to replace it, but the transducer is comparatively
expensive and my boss doesn't want to do it.
Can anyone help me, I am almost sick of that. Thank You! |

I think the diagnosis of Cardiac Tamponade can be made even without Echo in
this case. Cardiac Tamponade is a clinical diagnosis.
This patient is hemodynamically unstable, isn't it urgent to tap some water
out to relieve the pressure to heart before any diagnostic test?
Of caourse the term paracentesis is not a good one, if this option
change to pericardiocentesis, which one would you choose?
