I searched around but end up having no idea.

voltage clamp 研究离子通道特性；同时也研究spider toxin及对离子通道的影响。主
要研究Voltage-gated channels 和TRP通道，在current biology，plos one，JCE等上
一作各一片，circulation等挂名作者。恳请有审稿机会而又不需要继续攒review的牛

toxin的毒理数据和风险评估的解读想和你探讨一下。
第一，bt toxin的acute toxicity的试验用到的剂量上限相当相当的高，EPA的risk
assessment里用到的是3.2mg/g，有的文献里是超过10mg/g，注意这是试验用到的最大
剂量，不是LD50，在这个剂量之下没有一只老鼠死亡。如果你做过oral toxicity就知
道，对小鼠或者大鼠来说这几乎是可以被撑死的剂量了（水的ld50是18mg/g，10mg/g的
水可能都会杀死一定比例的老鼠），这么大的量即使在胃内被降解大部分，也会有相当
多的剂量进入肠道，可是这么大的量没有产生mortality (epa的RA提到没有一只老鼠死
掉)，这说明第一种可能，在鼠体内的蛋白酶对bt protoxin的切割是non specific的，
如果有切割的话，产生的active toxin的量相当低；第二种可能，active toxin与受体

诊病例，现时疫情已蔓延至13个国家。中国深圳华大基因研究院和德国一家大学昨日宣
布，中德科学家联合对本次流行的病菌进行了全基因组测序，结果显示，该病菌与艾滋
病患者腹泻标本中的大肠杆菌同源性超过93%，兼具侵袭、产毒、抗药等多种“凶性”
，难以治疗，死亡率偏高。
深圳华大的初步分析结果显示，这次肆虐欧洲的血清型0104大肠杆菌，该病菌带有

蛋白的antibody连上，然后利用在局部区间高溶度，是的toxin进入细胞内，也就是穿
刺，最后将保护toxin的外壳去掉，利用toxin的来杀死cancer cell.所以我的问题是：

被告名为乐成（音译），现年22岁，曾在纽约大学就读物理学专业，不久离校，在独自
租住的曼哈顿一处公寓内做起了网络代购生意。
检察官说，2014年12月，在一家名为“进化”的网络黑市网站上，向网名为“黑暗马尔
特”的商贩打听购买蓖麻毒素事宜，称自己有不少二手买家。
“黑暗马尔特”实际上是当时在调查黑市不法行为的联邦调查局卧底。
法庭文件显示，乐成在同“黑暗马尔特”聊天时写道，“如果你能把（蓖麻毒素）做成
简易药片，肯定会大卖。”他还在发给对方的信息中说，把蓖麻毒素药片混入普通维生
素药瓶，目标对象每天吃一片，“迟早会因摄入的剧毒药片而死掉”。
蓖麻毒素是一种致命剧毒物，而且没有解药。美国媒体先前报道，“基地”组织曾计划

spreads toxins.
but that is besides the point, right? if you own the toxin, then it is your
responsibility it doesn't get spread. and leaving it at a public place is
not how it should be done safely. they should make sure the toxins are not
accessible by anyone.
