ROBOTIC FACILITY产巨像先，憋到180人口和虫族地面+CORROPTOR对A，A赢了，人家转
一波大象带狗，直接给灭完。然后TOSS立马转了一波不朽带虚空，ZERG败了一阵，又换
了一波刺蛇+CORROPTOR，TOSS立刻又被灭光。最后TOSS挣扎着又变了一波地面万金油不
对，结果ZERG再来一波大象带狗，TOSS GG。
总结一下：ZERG现在强就强在变换太快了，除非一波压死，不然总能喘口气变波克你的
兵和你再对A一轮，而且到了后期，尤其是开阔地图，谁都没有虫族的提速狗有机动性
，满地图跑，逮你的分矿。而神族的机动性算是3族里最2的了，所以最多只可以顾及3
个矿的放手，分矿多了守不住被人打游击只有更痛苦。所以我建议各位TOSS第一个
OBSERVOR如果看见ZERG是开3矿或者憋飞龙，或者转3本，中期120人口左右无论如何攒1
，2个巨像就要冲一波了，不然到了后期迟早是要挂的。这有点像魔兽里的NE打HUM，被
HUM 开了3矿出来憋飞机坦克流，10有8，9就输了。 |

1 toss要稳定，你站好，拿好拍子，做toss准备击球的动作，然后不击球，让球自己落
下，你toss 100次的球落的范围有多大？我现在在脚的前面放一个网球拍，10次中有6
次可以砸到网球拍上。另外就是高度，每次高度有没有差超过10公分以上的？如果你的
toss好了，你发球就好练了，因为你每次动作做一样了，就可以发出一样的效果，当然
每次动作不可能完全一样，但是如果要追着球做动作，你就体会不出来挥拍手和身体到
底哪里好，哪里有毛病了。
2 和toss相关，为了toss好，球不是扔出去的，抛球的手没有手腕和前臂的动作，是上
比上举并release ball，球最高点一般比你站直了把牌子举起来高20-30cm即可。然后
toss的手不要下来，要在那里停留。你可以用这手来控制timing。你上举的手下来时候
，就是你击球的手上伸到时候，参考overhead。如果发球下网，toss手就多停留一小会
（比如0.1秒），如果出界，就少停留一小会。
3 先不要加力，找到timing和身体感觉，慢慢加力。每次能连续发进5个球（是连续啊

2. "KICK/TOP（原话） SPIN SERVE"：我当时就说过了，我的KICK发的不好，不能跟
发的好的人的转速RPM比。而且除非拥有转速仪，否则你们怎么都能说是“平击”. 我
拿自动测速仪测第一次测的时候好几次93,94MPH，恼火的时候也想过用平击来凑，基本
随手105MPH，但是我的平级抛球一定要入场最少20~30厘米，多打半米，根本不能满足"
