Lot ,户型，都要在 上星期二在 bid 里决定，大概 要 40 万的房子。期间，客人在外

客人中间给我打了好多次电话，询问情况，因为我自己要在那里买房子，我当然很清楚
情况，我就说了。他们说他们找人带他们看过房子，我说 人家要带你看过的房子，你
要跟人家买。这期间客人没有说过老姚的名字，我也不知道，我还以
为是老美。
我问过他们签 agreement 了没有，客人说没有，客人说经纪现在加拿大度假，我们很
