星期六搞了个iphone5c, 是4g的.感觉界面很流畅, 上网速度也快.
但刚用一会,问题就来了,我想要用原来的ring tone,发现iphone换个ring tone挺坑爹
的.
Anroid下面,要换ringtone太容易了.要么网上找一个,然后会发multimedia的短信过来,
接受后设为ringtone就可以. 或者从电脑里面直接copy一首歌到phone里面,然后设为
rington歌也可以.
但这个死人头的iphone,首先电脑不可以copy,然后网上找一个也不可以直接发过来,必
须到电脑的itune里面syn到iphone上才可以. 搞了半天才搞定一个ringtone. 这个太低
效了.
出去打球的时候问了其他人,都说只有这个办法.
iphone其他可能都好吧, 但iphone这种做法和理念我没有办法接受. 我喜欢我自己的手
机和可以被我全面的掌控. 但iphone却不行, 我只能对iphone说:go fuck yourself.
然后还是换到原来3G的HTC droid上面. |

photos you post, but I also like the color in mine.
Yes, I use the tungsten BL, but I also manually fine tone the BL to whatever
I like. If you were there, try other BL setting in you camera, see if you
can get it better without and post retouch color?
MET's light environment is complicated, not just regular Tungsten or
Florescent.
About 3/4, are they really blur? maybe you are right about zip it too much,
maybe post sharpen |

Kawari could be a good choice. I may personally prefer Yamaha over Kawari as
I was told that Yamaha is better for classical music -- its tone is crispy
and long-lasting; while the tone of Kawai is warmer which may better for "
Jazz" style.

friendly jokes. They also chat to each other over the phone, on IM and in
open air. I have stereo all day long with their voices, key strokes, IM
ring tone and flirting jokes. I can even tell subtle delay between the
sound of enter key from one side, to the ring up on the other.

个save as 的拷贝，在这拷贝上点 layer-> new adjustment layers -> save it as
XXX.tif, or xxx。jpg , 然后先简单方法从 image -> adjustments -> bright/
contrast 看看能再调出那些details，如果可以，然后 color balance (彩色的），
tonging(一般指黑白，也有称彩色的 toning 的)，直到调出你觉得满意的效果，save

doesn't mean it's good, as i mentioned earlier, each piano's tone color
is different, some are brighter (Yamama is typical), some are warmer,
some are lighter, some are heavier... etc. you need a professional to
try out for you and see which one is better. As a piano teacher myself,
i recommend warmer tone with heavier keyboard, dont pick those light
keyboard, it's bad for student's technique.

我们这里讨论的肌肉通过拉伸变长，是要有视觉效果的。至于肌肉内部和功能上通过拉伸
是否变长，对讨论并不重要。肌肉变大的视觉效果，短期和长期的对比图比比皆是，哪里
能找到肌肉通过拉伸变长的视觉对比图呢？
反过来说，如果拉伸能使肌肉视觉上变长这个结论是对的，那么，临床上早就有人做
这个研究并出报告了，可惜至今未有，说明了什么呢？说来说去，只是一些
stipulation。
拉伸是不是有益呢？以往的主流意见是，但近来也有新的看法对其提出挑战，特别是运
动前作为热身的拉伸是否有益的观点有不少争议。
其实，女生要有一般tone的效果，大部分只要体脂一低，效果就出来了。如果要有健美型
的tone，则还要认真地练一下肌肉。 |

所以如果是我，我会每星期先保证3次自己跑步，以下面课程为辅助，选：
spin（一星期1-2次，跑步的替换项目，膝盖不舒服的时候，改这个）
power yoga（两个星期1-2次，这个很累，俺一星期1次就足够了，练一些偏门肌肉）
butts & gutts（1星期1次，先试听，看看老师的套路如何，没劲就算了）
pilates（两星期1次）
另外有几个课不知道是啥，可以去试试看：
body sculpting, bollywood,capoe..., tone and condition. 这几个不知道老师会
教啥，上一次课，回家看看48小时内是否浑身疼。疼就继续上。：）
其他的舞蹈类的，都是浮云～
按理说，舞蹈是个好东西。可是GROUP CLASS进度太慢，几乎没有任何的锻炼
效果，浪费时间，学不到啥。最后学不到几个动作。真对SALSA和SWING有兴趣，直接
去相关的CLUB，一晚上比你一学期上课学的还多，还更有意思。：）

天气难得的比较凉爽，跑得比较顺。

7/26: CLX Burn Intervals & Ab Burner
这个练习是muscle endurance。Chalene用5lbs的哑铃，我用6lbs的。
练肩的动作有点累，我觉得是Sculpt和Tone那两个用resistance band
的练习，肩都比较累的缘故。也说明我肩比较弱。

这次是去跑道上跑的，因为不怎么信任Garmin，还是上跑道上比较靠

塑料枪的偏见，似乎就只有CZ可选了:P
利亚的Arcus 94或者98，仿勃朗宁大威力的；94只是稍改了外形，98是改成双动并且加
了撞针保险。去找了一下，发现这个很少见，连进口商Century International Arms那
里新枪都只有compact型的94C了——还有二手的94和98，这里：
不超过250刀。其他网上个别地方有新枪，但是不太便宜。
觉也很爽——在网上搜搜发现，他结构上居然设计了一个 |

Springfield XD 9mm 4". 后来拿了 CCW 课后， 感觉需要一把 subcompact. 就想
要买 XD9 subcompact. 上个礼拜 Sportsman Outdoor Superstore 放出很多枪卖。
有 XD 3" subcompact and Glock 26. 我一直想买 XD subcompct ($429) 但是我犹豫
了一下。 枪卖光了。 后来决定选择 GLOCK 26 ($5xx), 但是看到黑黑脏脏肥肥的
Glock 又提不了兴趣。 我想下手后， GLOCK 26 也没有了。 气啊!
后来去我们的 gun show 去碰碰运气。 我们这里最大的 gun deealer 什么都有。 我
想要的 XD subcompact 也有， $479。 不过没有 bi-tone. 正想买， 忽然看到 XDs.
