个间距相等
camber angle可以用水平尺测量后轮的角度，让前轮角度与之相等
caster angle可以用水平尺测量前柱角度，八九不离十就行，不必太准确

我把它剪短了一半，不是整个套在脚拇指上（太捂脚），基本垫在脚拇指前面。
没什么其他好的办法。指甲掉了两次了。估计和步法不好有关。换过不同的鞋，也没什

Legs&Back也是很久没做过了，决定给自己加点码。除了不用哑铃的几个
动作和那个变态的Toe-roll ios lunge以外，全部是一手一个20磅的哑铃。
Toe-roll用的是12磅的。Wall squat也是一手一个10磅的哑铃。
然后我就想，以前觉得P90X对腿和臀部的锻炼不够，主要是两个原因。一
个是自己push得还不太够，另一个就是它的reps太多了，动不动20次，25
次什么的，相对来说就不能用太重的重量。
引体的时候感觉肌肉还是没有完全回复。年纪大了就是恢复得慢啊。 |
