说什么日本战败后把这块交给美军托管，这个完全是笔削春秋。美军
有什么权利托管？搞笑啊。这块是交给联合国托管，属于UN trustee
territory, 已经和日本没关系了，然后联合国授权美军使用而已，不
管是日本还是美国都没有主权。根据联合国宪章，trustee territory
的再分配，必须联合国大会通过。这个联合国投票了没有？美国自己
