tension.
Another thing to note is that Fed's racquet's head size is smaller, thus I
think it can afford to have more loose tension.
Personally, I like tighter (not too tighter) tension. It gives me a better
feel. I find the newly strung ones felt the best, when it is about to break,
the tension probably lost 5 to 8 lb.

set tension when the bar is horizontal, the tension will be off if it's not
. so to calibrate, you first have to make sure the bar of horizontal first.
if you have to set the tension way higher than usual, then you should check
your clamp or tensioner to see if the string is slipping.
in my case, the clamps move in their bases to much, but i can adjust by

不见得是根据对手来球暴力程度选的。
其实最简单的选tension的策略是，如果球老出界一点点，就换高tension，
如果老是出浅，就换低tension。这里有可能和对手的来球有关，但也可能
是跟湿度，温度等等导致线的power变化。
我只是说你纯强调对手的风格决定tension是歪理，呵呵 |

50lb 感觉如何，据说至少差3lb才能感觉出差别。拍是Balobat Z lite.

因为tension太低容易打球ws，因为做完动作的力道球都出界
慢慢等技术再上台阶拍头速度足够快就能再次handle低tension了？

I have a question, need your suggestion.
I'm currently playing with Babolat Pure Drive GT Light, with Wilson Enduro
Pro 16L poly string, tension 53-54.
I'd like to try Luxilon Big Banger ALU Power, 16L.
Do I need to lower tension 10%, to 49-50, or do I keep the same tension at
53-54?
It does say on the cover that "at least with 10% less tension thatn your
usual strings)", but I'm not sure if that's compared to syn gut string.
Is ALU Power very stiff?

My guess is what you said above holds true for everyone - string tension is
just a number, until one actually tries to vary and feel it, and compare.
The feel of hitting a ball is an overall subjective experience, affected by
many factors like specific racket, string, string tension, even the tennis
ball, etc. So only much experimenting can shed any meaningful light on what
feels right -- guided by some general theoretical understanding, of course.

这个是s系老车，好像没有sway bar end link
准备干的是ion，有end link
看了版上别的帖子搞sway bar的都没说tension怎么release，是不是有些车上这里没
tension？
还是有什么简单易行的release tension的方法？ |

my old car and it only took a few minutes. With the right tool, it's a
matter of minutes.
Replacement of a tensioner is a different issue, which requires the removal
of a few blocking parts. But it's still within reach of DIY. I don't think
you need to change tensioner (it's rear with the need to change tensioner).
You can change the belt first and see if that solves your problem. |

tension bolt. 我手上没有belt tension gauge，准备用marker标记现在bolt的位置，
装回去的时候调到标记位置，然后到autozone让小二gauge测tension，不知道这样靠谱

TAKEDOWN PIN。安装之后，感觉很“紧”！但是发现更换.22 kit太麻烦了，因为要先
拆STOCK，再退出PIN，才能把UPPER打开。另外，我还在STOCK前面装了MAGPUL的一个
SLING RING，有一个很小的LOCK PIN要对付。TENSIONING PIN虽好，但使用不方便。 |

very tight / stiff if I string racquet at 52 pounds with full Poly Strings
as I used to with old racquets, like Head Flexpoint radical.
Did a little bit investigation and found now most of the Head newer racquets
are marked with String Tension: 48-57 pounds instead of 52 to 62 pounds.
Any one know why Head lowed their string tension specs to their newer

the way to go. In the past I tried thinner gauge at the same and higher
tension and it felt like crap....
I think rpm is copolymer si it's softer than alu, I would just try 52 or 53.
It's true poly lose tension quickly, after strung overnight could lose
close to 5 lb after 1 set another 3 to 5 lb. |

52/56 mixed力量要大很多，我估计上60区别也不会太大了，那个拍子推荐tension是50
-60
这两天打球明显用fischer pro no1 战绩比用organix8要好很多，说不定能差出去0.25
去，看来要换拍了
中间曾经试图用回organix8打了两下，更handle不了了，球出界太厉害了，球拍本身的
力量太大了
看来我现在到了只能用小力拍保证不出界的阶段了
还得苦练拍头速度和动作才能handle大力些的
fischer这个球拍是很久以前上的低tension，看来还能增增，回头线打不行了赶紧换55

运动的基本原则很简单，就是把身体作为一个整体运动，所有的技术要点就是为这个总
原则服务的。其一，脚后跟和臀部，大腿，后背lat等skeleton muscle组成身体的
frame, 所有关节要在这个frame 里面，这也就是所谓的body alignment。 其二，人体
有各个部分和关节组成，是可以活动的。但力量要从地面，脚后跟传到weight,这条链
要成为一个stiff 的直线， 也就是所谓的force linkage。 要把身体连成一个stiff
的直线， 就要全身肌肉同时绷紧，lock out 关节。很多trainer都不懂，要求不
lockout 关节，试想关节不lock out，力量通过弯弯曲曲的线传递，要打多少折扣。
他们不lock out 是怕受伤，不lock out 更容易受伤，lock out 的关键是关节周围
