刚开始学习pavel的体系，对maximal tension, pre-tension, power breath， brace
the abs 和pack the shoulder 奉为经典，也确实对健身水平有很大的促进作用. 也只
有掌握了这些原则后，才觉得真正摸到lifting的门槛。
可是练到advance level后，发现 max-tension等原则反而拖了后腿。中间要学会relax
才能发挥更多的潜能。我觉得最有效的是 natural tension, 注意力集中到动作本身，
让身体自己掌握tension的强度，时机。呼吸也是这样。另外也不需要刻意去pack the
shoulder, brace the abs, 让身体自己下意识的去掌握那个度。
但我觉得pavel的那套对入门还是很有用的，特别是对form的掌握。不经过那个阶段，
身体也学不会自然tension,结果form什么的就会一塌糊涂。 |

range of notion的区别。 tension也是有度的，标准和cheat 的tension不一样，应该
对肌肉刺激不一样。时间不是问题，可以多做几个，时间可以控制的，但是tension是
动作的range控制的。range of motion 决定了tension，tension+time 决定了刺激。

告知timing belt断了，今天专程又拖到dealer那里做了一个鉴定，鉴定书如下：
C/S vehicle died while driving. Verified concern: removed timing belt cover,
found timing belt not tensioned. Inspected timing belt tensioner, found
tensioner rod pulled out of ball socket causing timing belt to lose tension.
Tensioner appears original. Crank timing off, suspect catastrophic cylinder
head damage, needs new cylinder head,timing belt tensioner, related gaskets
and hardware.

问题: oil pump o ring leakage, upper timing chain tension fail(参见NISSAN
technical bulletin TB)
现象: idel时有咔咔声, 车右侧严重漏油
解决方案:更换o-ring(这个o-ring是典型的bad design, 5块钱的parts, 却要1000块的人
工),顺便更换timing chain.

1)timing chain upper, lower 2 根
2)timing chain guide upper/其实跟upper tension是一体的,咔咔声是因为NISSAN设计
错误(参见nissan TB), 新设计的有2个螺丝
3)lower timing chain guide, slack side, tension 不用换, tension side
也不用换,这个guide是胶木的,可惜order时买错了,买成了tension side, 问了当地店都
要90块一根,现在order 又来 |

大部分驾驶手册只提到换timing belt, 很多时候Driving Belt, Belt Tension, water
pump 要和timing belt一起换.
98年camry如果只换过timing belt, 没换过Driving Belt, Belt Tension,80%-90%是
Driving Belt, Belt Tension导致启动时候方向盘很难转.
可以考虑检查一下Driving Belt, Belt Tension是否磨损. |

行，一喷什么油或者belt treatment皮带就掉，我有切身体会。我以前车的tensioner
大概是有问题， 平时跟楼主一样就有蛐蛐叫的问题，有天下大雨过一个水坑，大概水
被溅到皮带上，皮带马上滑脱了，然后转向助力，刹车助力什么都没有了，发动机温度
也马上顶天，找了好多方法想解决这个问题。喷过belt treatment，一喷皮带就掉，也
换过Alternator，tensioner pulley都没用，最终把整个tensioner（tensioner
pulley + mount）换掉解决。 |

strung 50+ racquets). If your string job always turns out to be loose, you
want to check the following:
1. The string that you use doesn't maintain tension well. (you need to check
stringforum to find out its review on tension stability)
2. Did you clamp the string tight so that it doesn't slip. (some crease from
the clamp doesn't hurt)
3. Did you increase 5 or 6 lbs for the last 2 mains?

不想看就直接跳到最后一段。
去年12月初女友买了个2003年passat,95k mile, 开了俩个星期没问题，自己痒，想差
不多mile数了，就去NJ 一个dealer那儿换了timing belt和water pump,又听dealer说
某tensioner坏了，就一并换了，（为了贪便宜，就跑了50mile的一个dealer，事实证
明是多大的错误），结果麻烦随之而来。
开车右前方有嗡嗡声，转向时声音更大，打开hood发现driving belt (又叫fan belt？
)靠外一侧有磨损，无奈又开到dealer那儿，等了一上午，说免费换了个driving belt,
还说有个clamp刮到belt,已解决，于是开回来，途中就发现还是嗡嗡声，打开hood,新
belt已经有磨损，但是女友得马上去外地CT，心想算了，就没管，结果去了个CT乡下，
开了没俩天，driving belt竟然断了，无奈，AAA拖去最近的50mile外(又是)另外一个

根据板上的建议，我从amazon上订了tensioner和camshaft synchronizer，本来是打算
都换的。因为换tensioner相对简单，所以先换这个。结果发现amazon上面买的螺丝偏
小，没有办法旋进去（amazon上面显示匹配的看来不一定匹配）。因为已经拆下来了，
就只要去local再买了一个tensioner，顺便又买了idler pulley一起换上。结果好了，
已经一天了，再了没有出现叫声。真好！呵呵
所以camshaft synchronizer也没换，打算和tensioner一起都退给amazon了。而且发现
amazon上面订的synchronizer带的sensor很奇怪，sensor的盖子里并没有一个小金属片
，看网络上说都应该是有一个小金属片来感应camshaft的position的。 |

因为看法不一总是难以决断是否应该DIY。teil在月前闲暇实在手痒，DIY了大俗车
Accord，手记带图给大家做个参考。 侧重点在于提供网上不是很容易查到的第一手信息
首先作为总结，teil花了大概1天半时间，主要是因为中间漏买工具出了点差错，感觉
你要觉得DIY是自己的一个爱好，的确乐在其中，不妨一做，没想象那么困难。否则还
是送车铺算了。 另：更换过程发现上次换timing belt的车铺给忘放了两个密封圈/垫
，当然是小问题。
内容包括 timing belt和balancer belt (Accord是两条带）, water pump, 两个
tensioner, 两个tensioner 弹簧，顺便做了 valve clearance adjustment和valve
cover gasket/SP grommet (of course)，换了外面的两条V-belt.

toyota新的2az-fe发动机timing chain tensioner装在发动机外面，不是里面，
你这个问题是chain tensioner assembly No 1坏了，造成上timing chain skip
死机，下timing chain是没有问题的。
解决问题很简单，拆开上timing cover，拧松前后2个camshaft sprocket，重新
校对timing chain上的mark，对齐后拧死camshaft sprocket，然后装上新的No1
chain tensioner.就行了。
你找的人啥都不懂，不行去dealer吧，就告诉它们No 1 chain tensioner坏了，
dealer估计一听就知道啥回事情了 |

mechanics should have a tool to pinpoint the location of the noise. Ask him
to check the tensioner and idler. You can also have a quick check yourself.
Let your car idle and head light shut. Then turn on the A/C to max cold.

发帖数: 14 | 40 车子突然没有办法发动。拖去小修车铺一看，说要换引擎，基本上车子报废了。因为车
子没买多久，虽然是二手车，但还是不太舍得，所以又拖去dealer那边请人检修。
前几天那边打电话过来说问题是timing belt tensioner。心里感叹还是dealer技术高
，就让他们换。结果刚刚再打电话过来，说换了，但是engine有其他的毛病，车子还是
废了。但是他们还是要charge我这个换timing belt tensioner的钱。理由是他们不换
这个，就不知道engine有inner problem。我心想这太ridiculous了。而且两次通电话
，第一次那个mechanics的是：“the problem is the tensioner." 第二次就变成：”
we found the tensioner is weak so we replace it." 感觉就像是其实他们也不确定
问题到底在哪，但是发现这个可以换就先换了一样。
不知道这种情况要怎么argue？车子没有修好还白帖600大洋实在不情愿。

车本身花费 10900刀（税前） 2辆
保险、年检及税 3300刀 保险1900，950税等、150罚单、年检250
轮胎及安装 1700刀 5对雪胎，5对半四季胎
正常维护 650刀 机油、变速箱油、各种滤芯、雨刷等
油费 3000刀左右 实际大于这个数字，可能会高达5000刀
工具 930刀
零件及维修 1990刀
总计成本约 22500刀，车现在还能卖8000刀左右，工具算作耐用品基本保值。按每辆车
每年计算，除掉轮胎以外，各种花费约2400刀，其中600刀折旧、650刀税险杂费、550
刀维修及维护、600刀油费。
应该说我买的工具比较便宜，基本的socket套件还是最开始买的Harbor Freight货，但
累计下来已经比较丰富了；日常维护很勤快，用的材料都不差。如果纯粹为了省钱而修
车的话，可以省更多的钱。参照车铺价格尽量按照同等质量的零件估算。

发帖数: 317 | 43 这个X3是给我老婆开的。她就告诉我某天听到引擎打火后有金属喳喳的声音，我没以为
然，过几天也就没了。 后来过几天开始有湫湫的声音，听起来就是皮带摩擦pulley的
声音。我也没当回事儿。后来声音月来越大而且没有消失的意思，我就打开看了一看。
结果就看到你们第一张看到的图片。皮带几乎快脱落了。拿了T60的Torx bit，调整好
后，再启动，仍旧是有杂音。固定好皮带，一启动就掉下来。再一看tensioner，晃来
晃去，中间的螺丝连帽都找不着了。这才明白：最开始听到的金属声音，是螺丝帽掉下
来后乱溅产生的杂音。等螺丝帽完全掉出去以后，tensioner开始变松，tensioner
pully脱离皮带平面。如果不是下面的主驱动轮挡着皮带，我现在就不是修tensoiner了
，而是得修引擎了。
猜都能猜得出来dealer会怎么charge。诊断$160，Tensioner $200，人工1.5小时$220
，螺丝$6。税$40，Shop supplies$10。一共$636。自己DIY：$6+洗个澡，最重要的是
：成就感！

发帖数: 18705 | 47 上手轮，Baitcast Reel，每个轮大同小异。你刚学用的时候，用3/8，1/2 Ounce的铅
垂（其他挂件也行），把线拉出10米左右，然后用小胶布贴上余线。这样炒粉最多10米
线。把Spool Tension调解到饵慢慢下滑，把Spool Control（Magnetic-Daiwa 或
Centrifugal-Shimano）调到最高。练习抛投，主要是手腕的力量不是手臂。不要多想
姿势，到时候，姿势自然行成。10米线不炒粉，可把小胶布后移几米。练熟之后，可调
节Spool Tension，Spool Control。遇到爆线，查看原因，如是一开始就爆，Spool
Tension 要调紧，若是后爆，Spool Control 要调高。Shimano的，通常3个刹车对峙（
总共6个刹车），不再多调。功成之后，可把线加足，Spool Tension 可调低，下意识
地会用拇指控线。若要最大的抛投距离，Line Guide要在中央。神马DC鱼轮，多是浮云
一片。
