I have one class two sections. I never give out assignment that needs to be
graded.
I gave out a midterm exam with only multiple choice questions in it. so I did not do
the grading either, and just handed scantron sheets over to the grading services at the university
Do I come across too lazy? (wondering)
I am tempted to give out all multiple choice questions for final and then use grading services again. this would make me look bad?

成为什么样的人的过程。我本来也没有一定要找教职，当初也没想过会拿OFFER，本来
就是希望自己锻炼一下，也到了找工作的阶段。但是OFFER来了，而且现在SALARY上又
加了，和其他的一些因素，所以还是有一定的TEMPTING的。
我只是想把自己的想法说出来给大家参考，听多些信息，没有觉得在defend。但是如果
有让人感觉到defending的话，其实已经已经说明自己的内心了。很多事情本来就是事
在人为，市场永远可能乐观永远可能不乐观，除了better prepare自己，心态，策略，
和运气都很重要。不同的眼睛看世界本来就不一样 =P。

package over the phone.
Then over the phone I was told that if we move, my husband needs to give up

业论文里，所以我们一般都是毕业之后把论文再整理发出来。
答辩之后老板主动跟我说，“你的论文可以你自己sole author，也可以我们一起发，
当然后者的话我会花更多的精力帮你改；你选择哪种我都没关系”。他说他当着
committee的面说我的毕业论文是“one of the most independent”的，从头到尾都是
我自己弄的，所以觉得我可以当sole author。
我老板一直是很nice的人，这几年对我也很好，我毕业找到faculty的工作他也很开心
。之前投一个会议就说考虑到我fall开始自己当faculty就让我sole author了。另一方
面，他虽然已功成名就，但是对能发表论文也不是完全不care的。
现在我有点选择两难了：
一方面，自己当sole author对新AP是挺tempting的，况且东西确实是我自己做的，因
为选题的时候选了个老板不太熟悉但是我自己很感兴趣的；
另一方面，感觉有老板的加盟会把文章写得更好，发更好的期刊，而且老板也会比较开
