itself. You can have same style beers but they all have different 度数.
Usually, when there is "light" or "lite" behind it indicates it is low in 度
数 and also low in Carbs
All the beers you listed are styles meaning they are brewed in certain way
but it doesnt means they have the same hops, grains. So you can have same
company making 10 or 20 IPAs but they are all tasted differently.

Peter Chang 和 Taste of China本是同源，当年Peter Chang在Taste of China做大厨
打下了名号，然后跑去加州，又回来和人合伙开了Peter Chang Grill。两家的菜单至
今还有很多重合的。
差别：
1、装潢Peter Chang较新。
2、服务生Peter Chang用不少老外，川娃（taste of China）都是中国人。
3、口味Peter Chang更迎合老外一些，甜菜多，混炒多。川娃后来请过湖南厨子，辣菜
更多，有腊肉啥的。
4、价格差不离，普通肉菜（chicken，pork，beef）之类似乎Peter Chang量多那么一
点点。
结论：请老外Peter Chang略优，自食倾向Taste of China。暑假是淡季，生意不忙，
服务生和厨子都有些提不起劲来。推荐菜：PC：香干肉丝，干锅牛肉，肉末茄子。TC：
北京鸭，手撕包菜，蔬菜豆腐煲（乃海鲜豆腐也）。其他特色菜：香菜鱼茸卷，番茄牛
腩煲，竹网鱼片之类为两家共有，味道没大差。

baked drum has been eaten up.
soup drum has been eaten up too.
drum stew in soy sauce tastes not bad, much better than carp.
its meat has no any offensive taste.
vinegar and soy sauce can make it soft.
conclusions for drum stew in soy sauce(红烧）
1) it tastes better than baked drum.
2) it tastes as good as the drum head soup.
3) it is softer than baked drum. |

我小时候第一次看切开皮蛋的样子也觉得很恶心。黑的不说，里面的黄还稀着，的确恐
怖。但是看到别人吃得很香，也尝了尝，刚开始还是不习惯，可是渐渐地竟然觉得好吃
了。我在国内是从来自己不买皮蛋吃的。可是到了美国竟然买了几次，觉得挺好吃的。
后来怕蛋里含铅，就很少吃了。
外国人说皮蛋不好吃，恐怕是不知道怎么吃。吃皮蛋一定要沾着醋才好吃。在中国餐馆
里最常见的皮蛋食品就是皮蛋粥了，外国人本来吃不惯粥，更别提皮蛋粥了。
的确一个蛋，就吃自然的样子好了，为啥费那么多功夫把它变得样子恐怖地去吃呢。
