barely budge, based on that I think the market seems fully priced in the
upcoming QE taper, and as such, itself won't set off market correction, but
I am not convinced that economy is as strong as people would like to believe
, and after tapering, we may wake up and find growth decelerated

竹教训了一下,又看了runner's world的"it's taper time".才知道要三周.希望现在开
始还来得及吧 :p
"it's taper time"上讲的taper好象就是养猪一样,要多吃少跑.还不能做weight
lifting. Weekdays时,我都是先做20~30分钟的weight lifting后才跑的,不做就觉得浑
身没劲.能不能改成小重量而不是不做呢?还有就是weekend,我都会去打网球,是不是也
要停掉呀? |

然后跑的也很SLOPPY.
这次FOLLOW AM,最后一周给出的量如下:
7 MI RECOVERY
7 MILE WITH 2 MILE MARATHON PACE
5 MILE RECOVERY
5 MILE WITH 6X100 SPRINT
4 MILE RECOVERY
RACE
老实说,觉得量有些多,尤其是那个6X100的SPRINT.我这种东西弄得不多,每次弄完比
跑VO2MAX的INTERVAL都要酸.
大家讨论讨论?到底是ACTIVE还是PASSIVE TAPER好? |

说传统的科学推荐taper最后一周把量减到巅峰的40%,但是这样会造成信心下降和疲劳
乏力的感觉,所以更多教练如McMillan推荐只减到75%。
对比我自己的经历,好像还真有这回事,认真taper后的比赛都跑不好,不怎么taper的
反而感觉很好。。。

米repeat,400米jogging,都是90%到95%。 今天我跑了15x300米,靠,硬是完全没有
办法push到90%-95%,我也太弱了。
下面的800米,更加困难了,如果push到effort level,估计完成不了
倒数第一周,一个 3 x 200 @ 85-90% with 200 jog recovery / 400 jog / 3 x 800
@ 85% with 400 jog recovery, 这个还勉强。
整个计划里面,貌似除了tapering,都没有一周两个track workout的
回忆我以前的tapering,都是大大降低mileage,同时也降低了质量,也就是一个dress
rehearsal有点速度。
看来,tapering还是不完全是放轻松。 |

然后呢? 当过了peak. PR成为历史,PW after PW呢?
还要跑么?还要比赛么?
tapering的时候。可以想狠多东西。

开始跑了没几分钟,觉得小腿非常紧,感觉没有energy的样子,两条火腿肌都不舒服。
平时我就懒了,降低速度一直到我感觉好了再加速。今天我实践一下是不是跑啊跑啊,
这发紧的小腿就好了。
结果一直跑到5迈了 |

今天是peak week最后一天, 上两个周末的20迈longrun都crash了,
知道身体不支了, 这周决定减点量, 保证周末的longrun, 所以
weekday一共只跑了40迈, 加今天一共62迈, 下周开始taper, yeah~
今天遭遇heat wave, 最高92F, 闹钟订到了5点, 不过惯例磨磨蹭蹭,
加灌两瓢水, 最后6点半才出门。。因为两次穿SS4失败的阴影, 这回
还是穿了omni 8, 跑了没两步太阳就出来了, 一直没有太push,
最后时间 2:58, AVG pace 8:07
跑前137.0lb, 跑后130.5lb, 带的32oz水基本喝完, 一共吃了4个GU。
今天跑完基本放弃了3:11的幻想, 力争3:16。 今天路上没有掐表 |
