more wider than fine fescue. the M* fescue you mentioned is called marathone
fescue, which is actually 改良的tall fescue。 the marathone fescue has much
deep root system than regular tall fescue.
there is another type tall fescue which has a thinner leaf and doesn't grow
too tall, and grow slower than regular ones so that you don't have to mow
very often.

My grass it is call "Turf Type Tall Fescue", as I put into
the title. 我种的品种是改良的 Tall Fescue 里面综合评分最靠
前的几种，叶子要比 Fine Fescue 粗些，但是要比普通的 Tall Fescue
细很多，接近 KBG 里边比较细的品种。
我想说的 M* Fescue 是 Millennium Tall Fescue. 那个 marathone
是很久以前的品种了，已经不能和前沿的品种比了。2006 年的 NTEP
tall fescue 评比都没有 marathone 了。
普通的放牧的 tall fescue 是很高，1 foot 以上。

其实有很多草是没有针对性的特效药的。所以 weed & feed 里面能
控制的都是比较弱的草。比较强的草在世界某个角落里面肯定当家草
种过。通常都是这种混进来的家草比较难除。
传统 Tall Fescue 叶子比较粗糙，宽。看着的确像杂草。
还有一些其他的 Fescue 的更粗，一簇一簇长的，更像杂草。
例如meadow fescue.
改良的 Turf Type Tall Fescue 叶子就比较细，但是要很密的种才行。
单个种叶子也会粗。 Tall Fescue 粗的那些比较耐踩。
在过渡带是性能非常好的草，常年能绿,荫凉的地方也能长。
而且比较耐旱。 Tall Fescue 比较彪悍，它里面共生一些菌类，
含有毒性的酶。所以很多虫子不喜欢吃 Tall Fescue. 我们家的
兔子也不喜欢吃。如果放任自由的长的话， Tall Fescue 长得
比较高而且密，通常可以把其他的草排挤掉。所以 Tall Fescue
被称为吃掉美国的草（欧洲引进的）。
硬伤有两个，一个是 brown patch 病, 另外一个是不会根部蔓延。

猖獗。结果人家除完了草还在那儿。我打电话给他们，他们说那个不是杂草啊！如果想
杀的话只能是连带着自己的草一起杀掉，然后重新种草。我后来只好算了。这个tall
fescue长的跟杂草真的很象。我估计是我们前面那一家补草籽的时候没注意里面含有
tall fescue，所以OVER SEEDING一定要看好了不能含有tall fescue。tall fescue要

今天刚刚收到，明明很期待的，本来这种帅气靴子就是我的菜，平跟很好穿，结果……
见鬼的，居然尺码买小了。
我平常美国的鞋子穿8码的，国内穿39码的，这个鞋子8码半我想应该差不多，然后就悲
剧了，穿不上咧。
估计8码脚和腿都很瘦的妹子，或者7码半的妹子，7码的妹子才能挑战。
150刀转，这个大概是原价的五折左右。所以才没法退，只好转给能穿的妹子啦。（啊
啊，再感慨下买错尺码）

过冬的好像有什么特别处理的，但是我不是很关心，没有什么
