近来股市大盘不好， L家更是突然跌掉一半，市值缩水到才区区一百来亿 甚至还不
如小米，联想等这些国内公司的市值， 一群人在网上分析各种原因， 老衲作为L的前
员工， 觉得这其实原因没有那么复杂， 其实很简单， 就是L里面很多manager不会做
业务，也不想好好做业务。
怎么讲呢？ 举个简单的例子， 去年大概3-4月的某个时候， L主管技术的一个VP给工
程师群发了一个邮件，表示以后不再继续用Scala开发了，重新转回使用Java. 不到

ncsu在过去10年根本就不是靠talent打球，我能想起来的nba球员就两个，powell和
hickson，这两个都还是练了很久才挤进rotation的
duke过去10年的top talent远不只这个吧, 这10年的前半叶是ncaa冠军队的班底，后一半duke也能稳定在一流强队,只不过退出了champion contender的行列而已，ncsu根本与之就不是一个档次的。duke不但出了brand, jay william，boozer, deng这样的超级球星，下一档还有maggette, dunleavy, battier, duhon这样的solid role player
就算再往下数一档，sheldon william和redick都比ncsu的两个有talent
而ncsu这10年前半段ncsu队内球星就是powell+hodge，在ncaa还算二三流的队，进攻主要靠无球跑动跑出open的机会，但是这两个人在ACC还算有点创造机会的能力
后来powell走了，hodge自己撑，但是队伍明显已经开始走下坡路

包包球队不错，龙哥的武器也很多，互换球队，也难说龙哥就outplay TB12. 包包队这
些年也是季后赛常客，两个队拥有最长的连续季后赛记录，都是八场吧。
龙哥 should be the one who has the strongest arm among the active QBs. 基本
不需要调整步伐，不需要借助core body rotation，就能扔出又快又准的球，这点儿确
实牛。

拿不到而已。
我们教练有时候犯傻，球队talent没法cover，就输了；Saban也有时候犯傻，不过很多
时候他们的talent就能给cover过去，赢了。
SEC包括Bama对football球队的支持是其它很多联盟没法比的，Saban在Bama可以花钱请
最好的OC，DC，position coaches，名义上只有9个教练，可是下面有一堆人以各种头
衔服务于football球队。Saban可以因为一个recruit，给recruit女友在Bama安排个工
作。他在Michigan State我看干的不比Mark Dantonio强多少吧？ |

我记得2005年赛季后我们和FSU在ORANGE BOWL碰面，当时的FLORIDA STATE是一只仅8胜

种教练才能真正实现全国招生。特别是他在加州都扎根很深，我们又可以重新在加州重
拳出击。若是找到鳄鱼的前DC，还能搞些florida的talent。
我们可没florida的talent pool，正是这样只能找成了名的教练才能全国招生（这里指
找到top talent）。中国足协的问题可比我米问题复杂多了。
我倒反过来觉得鳄鱼找教练这种路子不靠谱。你说现在我米球迷担心教练还是他鳄球迷
担心教练。哈巴至今已经有4-5个助教在大学成为主教练了，他的教练树只会越来越大

我们首发还伤着呢，不知道打USC能不能上。
一只fundamentally sound的球队不怕任何equally talented的球队，但还是怕talent
差距大，厚度深的球队。
USC打equally talented的球队被爆得溃不成军，因为他们纪律战术都混乱，但打
talent远远不如他们的球队，还是有优势的。尤其是他们现在这个QB(Darnold)很好，
已经不是第
一场QB烂到家的USC了。上场爆ASU，进攻爆我不奇怪，毕竟ASU防守烂到家了，但能把
ASU的进攻
限制到那种窘境，还是很强的。

发帖数: 11948 | 34 首先很感谢zerocoke兄弟给我两张球票让我有幸连续两年来到薯片碗观看我盖现场比赛
。这场半决赛的赛场气氛是其它bowl game所不能比的。橙虎球迷不如我盖球迷多，薯
片碗75%的都是OSU的基本算半个主场了，这样的谢幕让大家脸上更加无光。
说说我盖这个赛季吧。我盖这个赛季基本就是高开低走。赛季前因为是128个球队中最
最年轻的球队（12个NFL drafted首发加上毕业的，攻防两端总共只return了6个人，是
128个球队中最少的），很多砖家不看好我盖进入cfp，认为赛季能有9胜就不错了，更
是认为在河马主场必输。我当时的预测cfp是bama，橙虎，我盖，以及ND。当然ND是万
万没想到，不过我盖我还是看得准的，虽然最后跌跌撞撞，基本还是应验了我赛季前的
预测。河马主场被我盖的跑攻和红区打懵了，这场也验证了河马的二线以及LB问题比想
象的要严重（去年被橙虎拉开分数二线跟不上）。河马这场也可算得上我盖这个赛季的
顶峰之作了，但是回看我盖这场比赛不难看出passing game一样没有打得很顺利，总共

尼奇去趟中甲，C罗梅西去挑战绝大多数后防线。
2.如果两只队的talent都达到极致或者talent的档次接近，就要比围抢和反围抢，以及
守门员的特殊重要性
a.后腰的全场覆盖能力。传统意义的后腰靠身体和犯规破坏对方的某一次进攻。现代后
腰必须拥有全队最长的跑动数据，和前后左右的队友配合，以获得围抢和反围抢时候的
数量优势。哈维对于巴萨的意义，就是保持与球距离在10到15米，不断的与队友进行围
抢和反围抢。
b.守门员是反围抢的关键一环。后场倒脚反围抢，守门员可以和自己的双中卫形成倒三
角，如果对方有两名队员上抢，可以迅速摆脱之，在前场形成本方8人VS对方7人（对方
的守门
员位置限制和能力制约）的数量优势。前场倒脚反围抢，本方守门员压到中线，和本方
后卫保持距离，当本方被对方反围抢困扰的时候，足球传到守门员脚下，可以通过守门
员的脚下过渡，保持本方在控球上的数量优势。假如对方的守门员和双中卫达不到能力
和战术上的要求，这时候相当于本方包括守门员在内的11名队员遛猴对方8名队员，这

定是talent。不过主要是我觉得Fed没有多少帮助赢得fans的特质。长得不是特别帅，
说话不是特别甜，国籍也没帮助他获得更多的曝光率。当然也没有惨到像Stepanek那样
能把fans吓跑的地步。所以我觉得他的大多数fans还是因为他打球好（看）。
你可以说Stepanek应该拥有更多的fans，这我不会反对。但是说Fed的fans主要不是因
为他的talent，就比较不make sense了。至少也得举出若干Fed跟打球没关系却能够帮
他赢得大量fans的特点来，比如果牙齿长得白，fashion sense好，老婆旺夫之类的。

Davydenko，Stepanek等人, 拿不了Slam长的在帅也不会有很多fans，但是如果能拿很
多Slams，有长的帅，有气质，那绝对能有很多很多fans
些原因，比如长相了，打法了，国籍了，性格了之类的，你要说fans多是因为talent，
那实在是太宽泛 |

strive is 2nd one, should be 7:3 or even 8:2, for us, no matter what level
we tried or some greatest coaches help, we never reach FF/Nadal's level--
even we can 努力 more than they did.......
talent is talent, they differ from common or lay--ppl is just because we can
never reach their level ever, no matter how hard we tried--geneticalluy
determined!!!
对绝大多数amature or after top 25? 50 or 100 (u chose) ，还是三分天才，七分
努力.......

刚听了全能星战陶喆的，有点点明白rap的词句要短促顺滑才行。
像experimental mice，似乎改成little mice容易上口,
very nice 比 too nice， so nice 顺口似的，就都用very nice好了。
propaganda talent, big mouth talent, glib tongue talent等可以统一简化用
amusing talent,
in your show aired on abc, 可以去掉Aired
to conceal your offending passages 简化 to cover up your false
with the hyper-inflated fig leaf, 可以换成 with lost cause
hardly convinced 也拗口，也许可以换成 hardly influenced 还是拗口。
要改的好多。要改的可以上口好难。作词不容易啊，试过更加佩服你们这些音乐牛人。 |
