我8月1日前搬走，新住客8月1日后可入住。房子一个大客厅两个卧室，主卧面东，客厅和厨房面南，次卧面西。7月一日前leasing office要知道我的最终决定，是直接结束合同还是transfer给新人，因此要在7月1日前办理。尚在国内的同学可以在dallas找个代理人约时间替你来看房，没有代理人是没法进行transfer的，因为签lease必须新住客或者代理人到场。
Lease transfer可以达到双赢：
1. 对我来说，可以将室内家具一同转让（炊具，床，桌椅，七斗橱），省心。
2. 对新住客来说，可以用我的discount，比新签lease便宜很多，而且家具齐全，省钱省心。
具体如下：
小区：Ashwood (phase 1，在MCCALLUM BLVD，出门就是校车站)
配套设施：大客厅，小泳池，公共洗衣房，信箱，绿地，晨练trail，小区保洁。
环境：这里距离警局车程仅5分钟，经常有警车巡逻经过，较安全；人均空间及卫生条件明显优于Mccallum校车沿线的其他小区。

For some involvement - allocate money following Target retirement 2035 fund
(adjust every 2 to 5 years)
For more involvement - allocate and move your money among growth, high yield
and tax exempt funds based on market trend and economy. (adjust every three
to six months)
Think of something else if you really want to beat the market and consider
yourself a high risk taker.

，如果楼主可以让他们更痛苦，为什么不呢？
任何一方都要事先利益最大化，卖方的利益是及早得出手和最大化卖价；买家的利益就
是性价比最高，在确定房子以后，就转化为买价最低。
我的点就是，当时楼主手里不是没牌的，这么快就give in，可惜了。
阿Q谁都会做，那我问，楼上不在乎这1万5的，只要给我$500，谁愿意？
回到你的comment，房市在大多数地方是不efficient的，市场价有参考意义，但如果只
有一个taker的话，就是个比较local的问题，卖家和一个买家单挑的话，negotiation
技巧当然很重要了。 |

后门电话能直接接通到credit analysts/Credit Departments / Account Managers /
Account Specialists，这些人能reconsider and decide大家的信用卡申请，信用额度
增加，利率高低等并且立马实行。但是后门电话也不是万能的 不能不顾自己的credit
见好卡就申 不过就打后门电话 还是要硬件条件做好了才是正道，最近就有几个ua被拒
reconsider成功 但是全部chase卡全部被关的情况
如果大家发现有的电话号码换了 打不通了 或者发现有新增号码 请pm我 我改进 增减
，希望这贴能帮到大家
一些注意事项： Capital one 的电话不能用来打去提高信用额度了（2010） 感谢一下

至于撑着，孩子知道饱的。他饱了你想喂也喂不进去了。放心。
抱着孩子哄睡。甭管多大的孩子，抱着哄半天都挺沉的。这可是个体力活。老太太搞
得动不容易了，也受累了。你还不干。孩子啊大一天就好带一天。以后婆婆走了，你
不抱，他哭一哭自然会睡。孩子不会一直哭哭一整天不睡觉的啦。过几天就顺过来了。
换care taker，当然是要过渡期的。

called to start a difficult IV, I make sure nurses, IV team, ICU nurse what
not have tried at least 5 times unsuccessfully before I would even ask for
any other questions, such as why the patient need an IV. So the IV consult

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。

有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。
