首先，一定要去海外护照预约那个网站填表、预约。很简单的表格，20分钟到半个小时
就能填好。完成之前需要一张照片。我是让老公用手机在厨房的白墙前面照的。照完以
后把背景稍微p了一下。系统检查通过。
提交了预约以后，我突然发现国内户籍地址好像写错了（捂脸）。纠结了好久，在网上
搜了又搜，决定不取消预约，直接到使馆改。事实证明这个决定是非常正确的（详见下

1. 我扣训练水平刚刚的，纪律非常好，这个绝对是教练组的功劳。我扣全联盟犯规最
少，turnover最低。我扣的犯规大多数是OL holding和CB holding。Takeaway可能需要
队员的天赋水平，可是turnover绝对是平时训练水平的反映。我扣今年特工队抓的也不
错，两场关键比赛立了功。总体来说return coverage也不错。
2. 我扣二线水平有了质的飞跃。今年签了两个自由人，CB Toler和SS Landry，加上去
年的CB Davis，Nickle Butler，和FS Bathea。我扣这条二线也算全联盟中等偏上了。
不过我扣二线喜欢物理，比较依赖哨子。Chargers那一场，裁判吹得紧，二线就歇菜了。
3. 我扣今年的play design和calling有提高。对三藩Luck的跑攻达阵，对野马Bay的TD
，都是很精妙的call。

Taylor之流一个int就又弄回来. 近些年这个能力是联盟倒数的.
前些年, 钢人的防跑基本上稳定在16场让对手跑1400码左右, TD不超过9个. 而今年打

Typhon recommended in another post: http://perfectgolfswingreview.net/backswing.htm; very good and detailed explanation. I regret I've not read this before. In the past several rounds and practice sessions, I was trying all sorts of compensations ( early wrist cock, taking the club more front of my body at takeaway etc ) to get to the finish top position I want.... nothing really worked.. |

No matter how you backswing looks like, in downswing, you want to attack the
ball from a shallow (flat) plane.
As for the backswing, of course you have two choice, flat or steep.
If you backswing is too flat, e.g. parallel or flatter than your shoulder
plane, one main reason for that is you probably take your club to inside
too early in your takeaway. If you have a flat backswing plane, most likely

觉得backswing的动作很难看。
其实那动作早在那里，我以为我已经改了，没拍过video去检查。 ６月到７月间，开始
在午饭时间和下班后去练习场改动作。主要改：
１）hinge wrist during takeaway
２）grip － from strong to neutral
正是因为每天中午在１００度的太阳下晒一个多小时全身大汗再回到办公室７３度周而
复始的身体考验，致使我这３个星期每天流鼻梯和打砰涕。我怀疑我同事们都要抓狂了
。
总之，近１个月的练习，再加上晚上很多的研究，再加上＄８００球具的更新，在我已
经开始考虑放弃这项运动考虑一项发展新的爱好时， 事情出现了转机。
修改动作是个痛苦的过程，改点旧习惯总是很痛苦。挥杆动作就那么一下，是个系统，
一定要把它拆成几片同时还要组合它让她工作自然不容易。我每早醒来左手手指都在发
酸，我琢摸着是不是睡觉都在握杆。
因为现在所用球杆的原因，致使任何接触不好的击球，对手腕的作用力都很大。同时，

i have measured the time it used to take me from takeaway to top of
backswing, 0.3-0.5 seconds. simply too fast.... no wonder my arm and club
still moving after shoulder turn stop at top. so certainly my tempo was no
good.
using front view slow motion swing video taken 2 weeks ago, i've found that takeaway_to_top/top_to_impact time ratio is 2.87:1;

according to john novesel measure, you are about or close to 21/7. from
start of takeaway to impact, about 0.8 seconds.
it amazes me that your finish balance is very good for such a fast swing.

you've got very good flexibility, left knee not much kick in. left arm

quite different. You can have a very slow takeaway to get your driver to the
top and a fast downswing to hit the ball 300 yards. To me, a right swing
tempo and rhythm that fits you is more important than a fast swing.

several things i notice from his swing:
left arm fully extended from takeaway to 90 degree past impact,
right arm fully extend from impact to 145 degree past impact.
therefore hands are pulled far from his shoulder when
1) top of back swing
2) right arm 145 degree past impact
this is a REFLECTION of wrist leverage, wide SWING arc and classic release

rehearse 几个HALF SWING 确定最稳定和舒服发力的STANCE,

SWING THOUGHT 是：

而且是每个人，在学习这个运动的过程中都该问的一个问题。
我个人的体会是，简单的说，如果你知道动作错在哪里了，知道纠正的办法，在练习场
上给自己一点displlane，专门练你觉得“通过练这个动作”，就可以纠正“我犯的这
个错误” 这个模式来练习，通过一段时间的加强巩固，来使得某个动作成为自然的动
作。
比如我在去年年底的时候，发现我的miss就是hook， 通过swing video，我发现我的
backswing takeaway太靠内，这个大家都知道，takeway inside promots hook （对称
原理，backswing mirror followthrough）。
我于是在接下来的练习中，每个击球前，就琢磨下takeway。 今年我就发现好很多了。
我的情况，我理解为我自己明白cause - result这个关系。 而“我认为我明白”是建
立在我自己练习过程中，不断“trail& error"，然后记笔记，再加上琢磨后的积累的
结果。
如果，打个比方，我认为的原因是错误的，我这样练，可能不能帮我纠正我的hook。再

初级阶段，是90几杆的水平。
最近在练fairway wood:在fairway 上，要把木杆打直，至少打起来，carry +/-200
yards.我的swing key 是注意takeaway时，左臂伸直，不是僵硬的直，而是有意识的/
放松的直。如果某一天肌肉感觉好，我还会注意右臂在impact后，笔直。累的时候，减
少swing thought,注意feel and tempo. |

球能走多远(feel speed),然后马上推。
5-8尺的短推很关键， 进了， 2putts, practice 从40-50 ft 有很多2putts. 但是
一不小心， 就3putts.
在场上， 我用心的时候， 还可以。匆忙或long game suck 影响心情， 也不行。
long game， 主要是稳定性太难有进步。我每次都能感觉到我动作中某个环节的变数 -
--- setup, grip, takeaway, backswing 的力度和速度， weight shift, arm torso
connection， 身体的松紧程度， 当然还有脑子清醒程度， 当时的性情（急躁还是耐
心）
golfing 时间长， swing文字的东西都基本懂， 但是我开始发现， 知道的tips, 往往
没有真正做到。 常常不知觉的乱调， 不利于动作的稳定。
