有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。

and expect to pay arm and leg for them. Surprisingly, Autozone got them on
special combo deal. Currently, amazon got 6qt Mobil1 for $48.99 which comes
out to $8.xx per qt. This is a good deal to stock up. Not sure if this
deal is the same online but shipping cost is prolly kills the deal.
Limit 2 oil changes per customer per day. Deal expired on 2/6/12

mineral oil里的矿物质可以保持gasket柔软提高密封性，而用synthetic可能会产生漏
油。
如果你的车没有那么老，没有关系，用一两次synthetic blend以后就可以直接上fully
synthetic，如果是好车的话就直接用Castrol Edge，贵不了几个钱，8,000-10,000换
一次。
5W-30低温流动性优于10W-30，应该是更理想的选择，另外US Specs的Castrol Edge就

before purchasing this product! The vitamin E in these soft-gels is the
synthetic form of vitamin E, dl-alpha tocopherol. Notice the "l"? Natural
vitamin E, the one I want, is d-alpha tocopherol with mixed tocopherols. The
"l" is a tip-off that this vitamin E is not natural, but synthetic.

and filter together is more than $30. You got what you paid for if $30, non-

the reason that mazda u.s. prohibits the use of synthetic oil with rx8 is
that rotary engine is designed in the way that some amount of engine oil
will be injected into engine's combustion chamber to lube the seal. dino oil
will burn off from the combustion so this is a feature by design. however,
with synthetic oil it is a different story. before we go into that, let's

problem or your piston ring will not seal well as before.

because it is finer. I am not sure about this. But for an old car, buying
synthetic oil seems to be at least a waste of money. Oil is used to protect
the engine and usually won't give you a huge performance increase. So as

因为 engine 的损害已经造成，改用 synthetic, 反而会有坏作用，如开始漏油，烧油

关于在哪里换油, 就算别人告诉哪一家，因为大家住的地方不同，也不见得你去的那家
真的就做是地道. 就算你去的那家口碑不错，你去的那天正好那个mechanic是新手...
这种事情都很难说的.
不管哪家，如果真的去外面换油. 换完以后，自己检查一下就好了. 换机油，至少换完
以后，你把那个油尺拿出来，机油的level应该是high/low mark之间，机油的颜色应该
是透明发黄的，用手摸上去不应该有杂质. 这代表机油真的换了. 如果机油的颜色发
黑，而且用手摸上去有杂质，通常是机油没给换. 而且每次换油最好也把过滤器换了,
昨天看pepboys的官网，居然用$3.29的过滤器... 不过去外面换机油，即使用full
synthetic, 人家也不会给你用最好的synthetic oil. 我发现好的synthetic oil可以
提高mpg, 网上说还可以clean engine.

专业要求：有机化学 (Organic Chemistry)
岗位指责：
1、从事新化合物的设计和合成，或临床化合物和上市药物的合成和工艺优化；
2、根据课题安排，合理设计实验方案并仔细实施；
3、独立承担高难度课题任务，保证按时完成课题任务；
4、科学分析实验中出现的问题，提出合理的改进建议；
5、能够独立进行有或无文献报道详细实验操作的目标化合物的合成；
任职资格：
1、美国本土高校毕业，有机合成领域硕士及以上学历；
2、熟练运用NMR，FT-IR，UV-Vis，LC-MS等分析手段和方法；
3、一年以上有机合成化学研发工作经验；
