我女儿本来是个非常聪明健康活泼的宝宝。自从1月23日因一剂水豆预防针而染上川崎

目前的唐氏筛查试验有两个，一个是在first trimester做的，一个是在second
trimester做的。
First trimester screening包括三个检测：

Second trimester screening包括4个检查，都是抽血查的：
AFP， hCG， uE3，和inhibin，因此又叫Quad test。

从30周开始晚上睡觉到半夜双手是肿的，手指不能弯曲，左右两手腕的内侧都疼。后来

虽然结论给了说不用担心，但是1:16700和1:863差好多啊！而且我大B超心脏有白点，
要是概率是1:863还是会有点担心！

心跳： 7周 171， 16周 156，20周144
头4个月，一直有evening sickness, 胃口非常不好，什么都吃不下，只喜欢吃水果。过了4个月才好起来，胃口大开，一下子增重了10磅。
肚子最近2星期猛增大，位置比较高。
肚子中间毛发变黑，看上去，像有根线。
一直以为是女孩，结果是男孩。孩子他爸高兴的不行。唯一担心的是，心脏发现白点，不过google了一下，好像只要没有发现其他问题，一般问题不大。

今天做了大B超，医生说，心脏什么都正常，就是发现靠近心脏的地方有spot, 通常是
mark of down syndrome. 但是我的blood test 表明是negative的down syndrome. 医
生说， they all the time see the spot on baby, but that is usually normal.
请问有多少人也有发现这个，但是后来证明是没有问题的。 已经约了prenatal office
的人了。

syndrome in multiple pregnancies, it could be due to mom's chromosome
problem.) It is mainly related to maternal age (the egg is old). Down's baby
has three No.21 chromosomes (normal people have two). It is not amutation
thing. Like Sarah Palin, only her last child has Down's. |

发帖数: 587 | 48 如果怀疑有听力问题，最好和医生商量一个详细的诊断计划。
先是耳镜（otoscope），观察鼓膜（tympanic membrane）外观。
然后是tympanometry测量鼓膜功能。
通过以上两个测试，基本上可以诊断中耳功能以及是否有中耳炎。
然后是ABR （auditory brainstem response）和DPOAE（distortion product
otoacoustic emissions）。
ABR是测听力神经的功能，一般来说ABR正常听力就没多大问题。但是这个会测不同的频
率，有可能测试会发现被测试者在某些特定频率的表现不是很好，他在这个特定的频率
有听力丧失。像老年人的听力问题就是这样的，他们不是全听不见，而是听不见特定频
率的声音。但是耳朵对不同频率的灵敏度也不一样，临床上应该有相应的标准。
DPOAE是测量内耳听力细胞（hair cell）功能的，更具体点是测外毛细胞的功能。这个
测试也会测不同的频率，正常人应该很少会有这方面的问题。有先天性疾病的儿童，像

说说这这几天痛苦的经历。
朋友的孩子听力有问题。我听说后，有点担心自己的孩子，我觉得有时候叫他他不应。
但是小孩子注意力不集中也是可能的。可是咱们保险好，看病不花钱，那我就要了测试
听力的电话，预约了一个，想费事赚个放心吧。
结果痛苦的经历开始了。
医生测了筛查那个，说没有问题。又给测了一个机器放声音，孩子举手的测试。孩子配
合不好。一会说耳朵难受，一会说头疼，反正孩子就是不配合。医生又用另外一个发声
波到耳朵的设备测了一下。说没有收到回波，看了孩子耳朵 说是里面有耳屎，让去家
庭医生那里清理。我回家也没当回事。觉得就是孩子太小不配合而已，没啥问题。毕竟
筛查都过了。
但是三天后医院来电话，让回去复查。我就匆忙约了家庭医生。家庭医生看了之后说，
耳屎太深，不用清 自己就出来了。我就带孩子又去测了听力。这次只测了举手那个测
