， 主要是做LIHTC。 我自己在fund部门，做的主要是fund accounting, analysis （
upper tier and lower tier), modelling. 对有关LIHTC的tax要了解，但不需要像专
门做tax的CPA一样了解那么细致。每季度reports due会忙一些，平时还好。 我们记账
做表一般四舍五入，所以经常off一些个位数，可以忽略。我们的 tax return 都交给
CPA 做。
不知道你的PE fund客户做什么样的fund？ |

fund，甚至有些好像是hedge fund（不确定，从manager fee看特别高）。
我对fund accounting之类了解不多，就希望如果在fund里做tax相关的工作。然后自己

电面问了unfair coin的问题，Bayesian解决。然后问了树，我差不多忘光了。国人小
哥放水过了。
onsite第一轮，印度小哥工程师，问weighted random number生成器，磕磕碰碰答出来
了，边界条件老是出问题。我直接说了，我可能不是他见过的最好的programmer。
第二轮，印度小哥DS，问一个uniform random生成0-9这些digits，成为一个string；
当string包含所有digits的时候停下来。问string length，可以用Markov chain解决。
第三轮，东欧小哥DS，问怎么利用syndicated tweet增加sign on， 我说要么减少用户
的努力，要么增加用户的体验，然后具体讲到怎么做tweets之间的relevance，我说用
cosine distance ＋ topic distance。第二个问题是怎么fit一个step wise
