including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like

sales就是拉客户take order的,一般按client/industry/sector coverage分,很少中国

marketer是帮助sales做marketing的,很多sales只陪客户吃喝玩儿乐,而不一定对所有
的产品都很了解, 所以marketer是cover product的
structuring就是tranch一些capital structure啊repackage一些asset然后包装成risk
不同的新derivatives产品
syndicate是贴价签的,根据客户的需求price自己做出来的产品然后确定要买的都基本
能照顾到,需求高的卖贵点儿,低的打折出售.有的desk没有syndicate,就由trader来承
担pricing的任务

刘晓波（1955年12月28日－ ），生于吉林长春，中国作家、持不同政见者、著名政治
犯、2010年度诺贝尔和平奖得主[1][2]，曾任北京师范大学中文系讲师、独立中文笔会
主席。
他曾经参与八九民运，后多次被捕入狱。2008年发起《零八宪章》，呼吁政治改革，遭
中国政府在2008年逮捕，并依煽动颠覆国家政权罪名，判处有期徒刑11年，剥夺政治权
利2年。目前正在服刑中，预期出狱时间在2020年6月21日。

南亚正处在令人沮丧的矛盾情况。一方面，它是世界上发展最快的地区之一；另一
方面，它也是世界上贫困人口最密集的地方，这些人生活在赤贫、冲突和苦难中。尽管
南亚的发展远高于撒哈拉以南非洲，而印度（南亚最大的国家）已经取得中等偏低的收
入水平，但南亚的贫困人口数量却远多于撒哈拉以南非洲。
这带出了一个大问题：摆脱贫困的最佳途径究竟是追求整体经济发展，还是直接解
决贫困的措施？答案取决于我们看问题的角度。经济的高速增长掩盖了一些地区的贫困
状况。对南亚国家来说，贫困已经从国家问题转变成“次国家”问题。
南亚贫困人口持续增加
经济发展虽然降低了南亚的贫困率，但下降的速度并不足以消除总贫困人口。一天
的生活费用少于1.25美元的人口数量，从1981年的5亿4900万增加到2005年的5亿9500万
。这些人口中的四分之三居住在印度，使其国内贫困人口数量在上述期间从4亿2000万
上升到4亿5500万。除了消除贫困的进展缓慢外，生活水平的改善也未能跟上收入增长
的步伐。
