除了看吃的总热量,不还是要看自己每天的总消耗量吗?跑步或做其它运动,这运动的
本身,自然会消耗热量;还有,这运动之后,让自己的身体的新陈代谢速度加快,也会
比从来不运动的,要消耗热量更多更快。
我是不相信吃上一点点Honey,就会破坏了减肥大计的。 |

其实还吃了一盘子一块rib,一勺curry chicken,一勺玉米,一勺brown rice,随便吃
吃,就吃多了。。。
晚饭就奔1000卡去了,加上白天那500卡,今天吃得不算坏!

对了,今天称体重了,虽然姨妈没有完全告别。119 lbs,也不坏,考虑到有一个多星期
在狂吃的情况下。
晚饭后喝了一杯红茶+柠檬+sweetener,现在又有满血复活的趋势。难道真的能回家跳
p90x?

s****y 发帖数: 1233 | 50 今天尝试了跳绳~因为是第一次,只跳了1000个,费时10分钟,烧了80卡。
原来这就是hiit的感觉!一开始跳,才100来下,不到一分钟,心跳立刻飙升到150+,
我差不多每100~200下会特意停下来查一下心跳,如果组间断掉了马上续上。有心律计
的好处显出来了,休息的时候看着心跳从160+掉到150左右马上开始下一组。跳完以后
感觉很爽!
双脚交替落地和同时落地我都试了,很轻盈,没有感觉膝盖有任何异样。今天就在外面
的水泥地上跳得,在家里跳应该也不会太扰民。
太赞了,过两天出去开会带上跳绳。
今天到目前为止吃得不多,1400卡不到吧,晚上应该也不会再吃什么了,可能会喝一杯
fiber吃一个西红柿。
