,让我给他换TB+WP,打开一看Powertrain是stock的没啥改动过的痕迹，到处都是油，估
计Cam seal、Crank seal和distributor seal都在漏，打开正时室，哗啦流下来不少
coolant，正时室里面也全是油，花了一会功夫用了2瓶Carb Cleaner给洗干净了，拆WP
发现轴承已经晃了，给flush了半天，heater还是不通。
重点1：仔细看了下发现head gasket是换过的，Fel-pro的不是原厂的。后来问过车主
，说是他几年前找人换的，换时候好像120k miles附近。我估计这车引擎到处都是油有
这个head gasket的功劳。另外我发现cooling system flush不通的原因是里面有很多
淡黄色的gum，不用铲子根本除不掉，所以最后弄好之后heat还是不特别好，虽然有，

今天终于有时间试驾了最后这两个crossover heavy weight，虽然两车车主众多，但出
于完整性和一致性，我还是简记一下试驾体验，可以跟以前体验对比。
MDX: 外形其实还算挺犀利的，特别是一排LED灯比较拉风。内饰很寒碜。。。因为这段
试驾了几种较好的内饰，再看到mdx反差就更大了。两屏设计很汗颜，内饰大塑料，皮
子也是比较粗糙的“猪皮”。另外两个细节，第一是转向灯stalk角落竟然有点割手，
第二是看的一个14 CPO才开了两万迈的，B柱内侧的塑料cover就掉了，比较汗颜，感觉
跟luxury真的差了半档。
前排座椅虽然看起来糙，调节也不多，但坐上去还挺舒服。第三排不用多说，小板凳这
一描述十分贴切，仇人专座。而这次我特别注意到第二排座不怎么舒服，座位很短，半

Tech performed a check and found codes p0015 “camshaft position “B”-
timing over-retarded (bank1).
Agree to replace: Cam timing valve assembly, Air surge intake gasket, and
possible valve cover gasket.
But when removing the valve cover, tech found the camshaft shaft gear
assembly right side bank1 was broken: Cam gear dislodged from cam lobe.
Will need new cam gears and cam lobe, valve housing assy and possible other
parts. Recommend replace both BANK1 and 2.

client，surge pricing就启动了，所以三藩市的uber最贵，距离虽然短
你看看地图显示，凡是渺无人烟的地方都很容易surge pricing，有些繁华地段，反而
价格最低，是drivers都喜欢在热闹地方等client |

uber已经提醒的很明显了。
uber surge price 是要你手工输入那个倍数 （比如说1.9）来确定你接受这个价格的。
你可以不接受，可以打出租或者做公交。。 |

house, there are a 20A circuit left solely for the TV in living room. Or try
to switch surge protectors to test. A wide guess might be there are current
surge while you turn on multiple components causing your TV to turn off. |

那个，就只有一个喷水，但是按高的那个，高的除了自己喷水，顺带压着低的那个也出

诉我大约要$700.因为是out of network 要先自己刷卡$700。 问保险公司，被告知out
of network 保险公司可以付70％。annual out of pocket limit 是$3000.所以我想
自己可能要付$210.就同意做了。手术在SAN MATEO SURG CTR进行，历时约两小时，医
生从诊所过来操作。记得事先签了一个文件，大致是告知关于 out of network的 事情
，但是没有费用评估。就签了。
事后查账单，发现原来医生的账单是$2300,所以自己要付$690,既然已经刷了$700，也

Surge全做过，都正常。但我的月经周期不规律，三十多天至五十多天都有.
当时，我的OB说他没辙了，唯一能做的就是给我开Clomid，并说明了副作用。这一说
，让这药在我手中放了几个月都不敢服用，后来，下决心试一次，发现用药后照常能在
排卵前出现白带拉丝，月经周期第15天试纸检测LH Surge；第21到医院复查药效，内检
子宫内膜增厚，同时血检progestorone孕酮46，也正常；第30天一早在燥热中热醒，一
查怀孕试纸，明显的两条线。
我的经历是Clomid服用后身体没感觉有什么不同，的确能规律我的排卵周期，没有明
显影响排卵后的子宫内膜增厚。我在排卵期有吃黑豆和红糖生姜水，还有就是老公那边
也要配合检查，多管齐下，相信我们都是正常的，也能正常地怀上宝宝。 |

第16天，总共4次。
怎么还没有中？
我做了Spern Analysis,医生说没问题。
老婆也每月都用OPK测，也都能测到LH surge,还很规律，都是再第12~14天左右surge.

发帖数: 495 | 41 皮肤干分两种，一种是缺水一种是缺油，要对症下药。如果你毛孔很小并且均匀，应该
是缺油，用黄油前可以加保湿的toner或者clinque的Moisture Surge Face Spray 。如
果t-zong毛孔比较大应该是combination skin,建议换clinque的Moisture Surge
Extended Thirst Relief。还有没事多喷点上面提到的face spray，再每周用一次补水
的面膜，具体啥牌子就要慢慢尝试了。 |
