to $100, there's just too much hot money chasing it. I dont buy the story
that dow or spx will retest march low, however a moderate correction is
feasible (10-15%). If you are actively trading, you need pay attention to
those retracement. But in long term perspective $60-70 oil price sounds
pretty reasonable.

后来我给面我的人发信问了，他说他很suprise, 但是他的feedback肯定是positive的
，HR问了也没说为啥，只说鼓励继续申请……白人GG不是B开头的貌似,不过人不错了，
他们公司起码被拒follow up还是会回邮件的，只是真正为什么被拒，谁也不知道了。
anyway, 继续move on吧 |

I guess you are hired for a senior position (level 5). You can ask friends
in google the average salary and stock for that level. My rough guess, base
is 150K+
I am not suprised if the total package is from 200K to 400K.

然，现在G不给new hire考察期和降级了，就不太清楚是不是还有这个title了。我原来
有个同事去了G就是这个title，我觉得他挺弱的，很suprise居然他还拿了staff，后来
过了半年这哥们就离开G了，估计被开掉或者降级了心里不爽自己走了。说实在的，G这
个降级制度真的挺恶心，认识好几个朋友都被降过。
G的Staff不容易拿，以前有个同事是MS的Partner，业界大牛，去了G好像也只是T5。相
对来说在G内部升级还容易些，见过几个在G5年左右年纪也不是太大的Staff。
你们那边T5＋的比例一般有多高？ |

partum. I remember coming to this board asking the exact same question.
Some responses were that my stomach was bigger from the "yuezi" and that my
stomach could be dropping.
I started exercising about 2-3 months ago (not to solve this problem but

我也一样不懂琴，不过最初是决定买最大众的Kawai K3或Yamaha U1。被这个Ritmuller
琴所吸引是因为硅谷琴行的sales比较了这款琴和日本琴材质的很多不同，很有德国产
品的厚重感。和旁边的一个yamaha比较声音真的是优越很多。后来找老师来看了一下，
也比较了他们其他的几个琴，老师也挺满意的，认为各方面应该高于Kawai K3和Yamaha
U1。价格同样也是包含一切$6000，但是比我问到的K3和U1的新琴略高。后来在piano
world等网站看了一下评论，毕竟才出来一两年，评论只有寥寥几篇。基本上正面评论
远大于负面的（负面主要是来自于PealRiver总体品牌形象不好，比较有risk）。今天
跑去付了钱，我很高兴它是中国的产品，它是能够让人impressive的。
不过我刚走出硅谷琴行就吃了个苍蝇---
我接到San Jose最大的琴行的sales老太太的电话，我告诉她我已经买了这个

bought separatly. SuperCar is another one both boys and adults will like.
But, this year, the most popular ones are star wars and Ninjago.
By the way, Technic ones are the best (parts wise) for boys to customize

这件事, 要是成功了, 再继续边讲故事边哄她睡下, 可以试着让她参与编故事. 整个
过程不要提被子这回事. 如果这次成功了, 下次又做, 玩具可以不变, 但故事要改,
以免变成另一个非执行不可的习惯. 短期内与家人讲清楚不要提这件事. 效果最好是
在她想起被子前做. 最后又慢慢把玩具和讲故事淡出. 这样虽然比较麻烦和需要很多
妈妈时间, 但对孩子的心理更有利, 孩子不会有自己不好妈妈不喜欢自己的反面思想. |
