方信息不准确。而且最好能找到证据。

Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial
Matters”里面的相关条例。所以回国以后就不怕了。
加州关于坏账的Statue of Limitation只有四年。所以四年之后就什么都不用怕了。 |

发帖数: 408 | 34 事情是这样的：我是偶尔钓钓鱼的新手，一年也就去几趟那种。住在NYC。这边的规矩
是saltwater不用license，但规定是要免费注册一个marine registration。我去年前
年一直有注册，今年事多就忘了。
今天去JFK附近海域带家人散步，顺便钓了一下。突然后面闪出三个NYPD问我拿那个
registration，我第一反应就是我有啊，不过忘带了（我发誓我当时真的没意识到我的
registration过期了，回家后一查才发现）。
然后警察就说好，检查了周围其他人之后（基本都没有，因为一般人都说在NYC的海水
是不要license的），回车里然后给我了一张pint summon（粉红色传票），需要三个月
之后上court。警察的意思是因为我没有随身携带registration（但上面写的是disobey
park sign，晕倒，这个charge一般都是给那些晚上过了点还留在公园的人），隐约还
说了$10罚款（不是非常确定）。当时就想无论多少钱，认罚就算了。
回来查了一下，发现这个pink summon貌似蛮严重，如果plea guilty的话就算
