每个箱子大约多少钱？
最近要搬一次家，准备开车过去，我有三个大suitcase到时候车里肯定放不下，准备先

Also, you should notice that the good thing to take southwest airline is
that you can bring two large suitcases and a carry on small suitcase with

bother me too much for the whole trip, but only one thing I want to mention.
I went to the IV by myself, and carried the suitcase with me. Since I
carried my laptop on my backpack, so I put everything else in the suitcase,

逛得正hi的时候，店员来问我，说你们是不是××州（外州）的牌照（之前我们也去过
，和店员有交流，说我们才到新地方2，3个月）。我们说是，然后他转身就朝门外跑去
。我们以为有人把我们的车hit然后跑了。我们跟着出去，出门看车好好的。然后看见
门口好站着几个顾客模样的人，看到我们说，你们车里的东西被人拿了。我们赶快到车
里检查，发现少了一只suitcase，lg的一只装着相机的单反相机包，还有一只GPS是后
来才发现丢了的。我们看到店里的另外一个店员也跟着前一个店员追赶窃贼。事后才知

昨天去练深蹲，被发现了一个新的问题：上大重量以后，也许是因为我左腿比右腿力量
弱，站起来的时候存在hip rotation问题，也就是core不自主的会扭一下，让右腿承担
更大的力量。小白哥说我们必须解决这个问题，不然以后会对spine造成伤害，disc会
出问题。
问题是：怎么解决这个问题呢？
昨天他让我做一种deadlift：在地上摞两个对折的mats，上面放一个哑铃，然后我侧面
站着，哑铃在身体左侧，蹲下，拿着哑铃站起来，再蹲下，把哑铃放下。反复做，然后
换边。整个过程中要保持面对前方，hips和肩膀都要square，上身不能有倾斜和旋转。
哑玲轻的时候容易些，重的哑铃，的确要非常努力的对抗身体的自然rotation。
当然了，还需要加强我的左腿力量，所以昨天练了不少split squat。
不知道大家有没有类似的问题？有没有别的解决办法呢？
找到了，这种deadlift叫suitcase deadlift，就是视频里面这个，他用的是杠铃，所
以不需要垫子，我用的哑铃太小了，放在地上太低了，所以需要垫起来

西。
full size sedan: Chevrolet Impala or similar, 5 passengers, 2+3 suitcases

发帖数: 1719 | 48 bedbug很笨的，只会慢慢爬，不会跳和飞，所以只符着在地毯床垫下和家具上，把suitcase放到光滑的桌面上，那里不会有。
睡觉尽量不要穿衣服，在酒店尽量不要穿衣服做沙发。因为虫卵会粘在你身上。出酒店前洗澡，主要是洗净你的头发。。如果穿（脱下的衣服用密封袋装上再放入suitcase）
回家后第一件事将所有衣服洗过，dry里烘一小时以上。可以杀死成虫。
虫卵：用80%的酒精喷洒后就可以了。
我住在NYC，以前roommmate房间发现了bedbug.白人，他吓的搬了，我也搬了家，自己住了。换了所有的家具床和所有的床上用品，还是窗帘上发现一个，原来我没有洗窗帘。TMD。
我吓的，总不能把刚买的新买的memory form 厚床垫扔了。把床离开墙壁。四脚上绑了双面胶。。后来我把所有衣服加热分袋密封，。然后撒上一种叫。。什么earth的白粉
没了。。那种粉在amazon 上有售，对人兽无害，甚至狗狗可食。只是会让虫子脱水。我发现章螂都干了。。也发现在个别bedbug 干尸。。。后来再也没有了。。。
bedbug主要在床上，你睡时才咬你。只要你保证你家床上没有。就断了他们的食源。。半年后就死了... 阅读全帖 |

。半年后就死了。。。bedbug成虫可以不吃不喝6个月以上不会死。。

那我把所有的东西都拿酒精擦一遍是不是就没事了？我平时最喜欢用酒精擦东西了……
