The room is available NOW.
The dimension is about 5.5 meters by 3.8 meters, much bigger than the
bedrooms. Also, one big and two small closets in the foyer(hall way) can be
used for suitcases or clothes.
Two male PHD students are living in the two bedrooms. They are neat and nice
people, cook less than 3 times a week.

那个suitcase deadlift不追求重量，追求的是form，女生有30-40磅的哑铃就不容易保

状态不错，停滞在245也有一个多月了，总是觉得后背像扛着个卡车似的压力很大站不
稳，今天突然感觉一下子轻了不少，希望是突破平台期的兆头啊！
1. 大窗里面后两个rep比较水（当时走神了额），hip rotation比较严重，我发现做相
对大一些的重量的时候是会有这个问题（尤其在站起来精力不集中的时候更明显），上
次记得和紫苏讨论了一下，我也试着做了一些suitcase deadlift，发现确实自己左右
腿力量不太平衡，一边明显没有另一侧容易把握平衡。。。另外我也做了一些提高knee
和ankle的mobility的练习，不知道有没有效果，目前做了3周而以。。。
2. 小窗画中画是专门用来check depth的（用得也是245，不过是另一组，所以两个视
频不统一），以前一直觉得自己已经蹲得很低了，现在看来重量一上来还是不行，勉勉
强强parallel（甚至有的rep还不到），大家觉得是不是应该再蹲得低一些？
总体而言还是挺高兴的啊，以前245能蹲但是很吃力（我的体重在160磅左右），今天还

再推荐几个练平衡的: split squat, pistol, suitcase deadlift. 需要负重。同时强
烈建议练瑜伽，拉伸平衡都有了，对防治伤病大有好处，至少一周一次。还有bosu也是
个好东西，练平衡很好。 |

老公一直引以为豪地称自己是“海的儿子”，声称很小他就经常坐长途船，这次订
cruise他成了当然的主力军。起初打算要个有balcony 的房间， 可惜下手太慢最后和
朋友两家只抢到仅剩的两间ocean view房间。
按照老公他老人家的经验，订cruise 的时候首先要先了解船的布局，比如说：总共几
层楼、歌舞厅、排水舱、机舱、锚的位置等等。 选楼层的时候最好在中间梢偏上，太
高会晃得厉害；太低则离水面过近而给人以压抑感。SOV从底层到主甲板总共11层， 我
们选择的是5楼，但因为是仅剩的两间海景房，非常靠近放锚的位置。 每天早上到达
call of the port的时候总能听到抛锚时锚绳摩擦的声音。幸而小家伙睡得死没怎么受
影响， 但住另一房间的朋友的两个孩子则在每天早上被惊醒大哭。
Tips:
1. Stateroom很小、closet则更小， 加之放置救生衣占用了closet的大量空间， 建议
pack的时候能尽量轻装上阵。可以考虑使用设计扁平的suitcase，这样你就可以把行李
存放在床底而丝毫不占用你任何活动空间。

最低。。
