法国公用事业公司苏伊士（Suez）的首席执行官称，水将比石油更昂贵，原因是人类、
工业和农业不断上升的需求将给水的供应带来压力。
让-路易•肖萨德（Jean-Louis Chaussade）的公司本月同意以34亿美元收购通用
电气（GE）水务部门，他表示水资源稀缺是化工、制药、采矿和能源等行业面临的最大
挑战之一。
当被问及有一天水会不会成为比石油更昂贵的大宗商品时，肖萨德对英国《金融时报》
说：“在未来，答案很可能是肯定的。”
他援引了一些预测，这些预测认为到2035年40%的世界人口将生活在缺水地区。这将使
企业与人和农业竞争水的供应。
“政府在对产业说：‘你可以在这里经营，但你不能从地下抽水’，”肖萨德表示，“
企业将不得不依赖废水循环或者海水淡化工厂来满足自身需求。”
肖萨德表示，从长期来看，950亿欧元的工业用水服务市场将以5%的年度增幅扩大——
超过约3%的全球经济增长率。

欲动是何其明显，突尼斯已经基本成功，老大哥埃及也顶不住了，在中东的沙特好像也
有异动的报道。
突尼斯，埃及，沙特这些国家有一个共同点就是经济相对稳定，发展势头也不错，民众
相对富裕，整个社会已经稳定发展了几十年了，但是政治就比较保守，最明显的就是国
家元首基本可以连续执政二十年以上。不过街头革命的意义有多大，成功率如何，对国
家政治进程的帮助有多大，还值得期待。这一波浪潮是否能够轻易化解，穆巴拉克，阿

Hitler only sent troops there to initially cover Italy's retreat. Don't
want them to lose too badly. However, Rommel managed to somehow reverse the
tide and had a great victory. By then, losing in North Africa would have
hurt German moral, so they had to carry on with the campaign. Plus, if
Rommel can take Egypt and cut off Suez canal, it would free up Italian navy
to assist in the Atlantic. |

我们卡尔·文森号航母打完仗以后，等东部的航空母舰进来，接替了我们，我们就从大
西洋这边回国，不走太平洋了。我们从太平洋来，从大西洋走，等于环绕全球一周，既
访问了亚洲，也访问了欧洲，还打了仗，练了兵，也搞了外交，炫耀了武力，收获不少

直无人担任。知情人士表示,由于最新的候选人上海市副市长屠光绍非常不愿接手这一
职务,寻找新董事长的工作看来还要继续下去。此外央行副行长易纲也拒绝了这一职务。
一位中投高管表示:“符合条件的不想接手,想接手的不符合条件。”这位高管承认
