Section 793, subsection D of Title 18 of the U.S. Criminal Code requires up
to a 10 year prison sentence for:
Whoever… willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be
communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver,
transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to
any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and
fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United
States entitled to receive it.
So far, there have been at least:
31,830 deleted emails from the private server,
2,075 emails with classified information,
1,478 emails with “foreign government information,”
44 emails with “Secret” material,
22 emails with “Top Secret” material.
The FBI has confirmed in February 2016 that they are investigating Hillary
Clinton.
