Fact: US holds naval exercises with Southeast Asian nations annually.
This year, China dispatched a submarine to spy on the exercise. It had to be
near the sea surface, using periscope.
Both US naval ships and the Chinese submarine knew precisely where the other
was. Because the Chinese sub was in the baffle of the USS John McCain, the
sub thought it was safe from detection. Warships from American and allies

有意思，但是都没见过，也不知道什么样。某天大中午的不睡觉一起去中关村，见到小贩就问有没有黄片
，一个小贩掏出一张光盘递给我们，黄色而且一堆洋文，告诉我们这是真正的黄片，绝
对如假包换。黄片风险所以要价不低，，上面的洋文字面意思都懂，又是yellow又是
submarine。当时我还琢磨潜艇里那个也太离谱，不过鬼子想法不能以常人度之，而且
大家都说好我也不敢说啥了。拿回宿舍却死活没有图像，大家检查半天，光盘质量很好
，而且压膜均匀。试了手头各种PC工具文件本身也没问题。一个下午过去，终于发现只
是些audio文件而已。多少年后才知道yellow submarine是什么。每次老婆提起这个，

on the Law of the Sea， 从1958年开始谈判，到1982年谈判完成，前后折腾了25年时
间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。
《联合国海洋法公约》事实上是海上强权刻意绑架世界各海洋国家让出一条不受每个国
家干预的公海通道的强权公约。这个公约的核心其实有以下几点：

发帖数: 24 | 12 最近订了1月中旬去西加勒比游轮的船票，接下来最需要准备的就是计划好Shore
Excursion了。
我们一家四口（两个小娃，分别是2岁4岁），所以对体力要求比较高的比如潜水滑翔伞
啥的就不考虑了。
自己做了一些功课，目前比较有意向的Shore Excursion有：
- Dolphin Encounter (Montego Bay或是Cozumel)
- Stingray Encounter (Grand Cayman)
- Submarine (Grand Cayman或是Cozumel)
我的问题是，
1. 1月中旬下水会不会太冷？尤其对于2岁小女孩。
2. 需要下水的项目(Dolphin Encounter和Stingray City) 带2岁小娃参加合适吗？
Excursion介绍说no minimum age limit，那就是在水里全程把小娃抱着？
3. Submarine会晃得厉害吗？要是很容易晕船我们也没法参加。

我打算试完能够钓上几条可爱皮，就买一个透明rc boat。里外都塞满蓝绿颜色的led灯。
理论上不错。youtube也有一些灯的实践video。

说几个建议。
1）旅馆Snorkel啥意思？似乎没什么旅馆有好的snorkel spot啊。maui的sheraton的
beach前的点不错，blac可 rock在那里
2）在oahu的时候，建议去下恐龙湾，挺漂亮的，snorkel也算是oahu最好的了。早点去
就可以了，没觉得人多。那时候水也清。
3) 建议去珍珠港，就是不感冒人文，但我觉得挺合适老年人回去跟亲朋好友瞎掰的
4）maui，submarine很多人觉得没意思，晕得很，而且看不清楚。建议看看review再选
5）那个iao走起来蛮个小时就完了，如果不去submarine可以把haleakala放这天。我觉
得那段路开上去还蛮有意思的
6）hawaii的吃的其实很不错的，尤其日本菜，建议多吃吃。。比大陆好多了，还不贵 |

RC的早中餐尽是老头老太太，一闲聊，有对夫妻居然是今年第6次坐游轮了，因为家就
在附近，交通成本很低的。。。开胃菜当然点了，除了那个蜗牛还可以以外，其他的就
真的很普通了，我现在都想不起来吃了什么。还记得在那里啃窝头，呵呵，就是那个壳
很硬的小面包，实话说，还是比较香的，可惜当时我就在想，要是配碗稀饭，就点咸菜
就好了。。。要是Disney也只这水平，那我干脆以后也不去了。。。
在Cozumel我们坐的是submarine，要下潜到海底100多feet的地方，而且只能先坐小艇
到海面上，等潜艇慢慢浮上海面，开个小口让我们进去的。我们事先听说过Glass-
bottom的船挺没意思的，所以没有选择，没想到submarine也不过如此。。。Cozumel我
们也去了海滩，潜浮用不着那些装备，我正好带了个平时游泳用的Goggle，一样可以把
身边的鱼群看得很清楚。。。可鱼是在很难抓，而且挥手也几乎碰不着它们，虽然感觉
离它们已经很近了。不过我还是有一次碰到了一条大鱼的背，很糙的，这也是我唯一的
一次海里和鱼的亲密接触。。。 |

2500机芯的三千多应该可以，8500机芯的要4000多，（个人强烈推荐8500），这个算运
动款，年轻一点带合适。通用型的话你得考虑Aqua Terra，价格介于也差不多。很多年
轻人喜欢沛纳海 （Panerai），价位又要再高一点了，劳的运动款看submariner,这个
大约7/8千，通用型看datejust或者daytona。

还得耐心完成在这最后一天。今天安排的又是大众景点-珍珠港。像所有典型理工科wsn
一样，对历史军事有那么一点小兴趣的我，拖着百无聊赖的LD一早就兴冲冲的赶到。早
上，大门口人还不多。
最热门的景点自然是USS Arizona Memorial，赶紧排上队，已经拍到了40分钟之后才能
上船，于是先在园里闲逛。都说这里很少有日本游客，我观察了一下，当真如此，最多
的还是白发苍苍的老人，其中又以白人居多，不知道有多少是当年的老兵回来缅怀战友
的。

装模作样学习历史的小姑娘
USS Arizona Memorial是建在沉没的Arizona上的一个小小的建筑，站在其中，可以俯
视静静的躺在水中的庞然大物。
唯一露出水面的舰体，就是这个巨大的烟囱顶端，其他部分，都只能透过海水看到些隐
约的轮廓，供人想象当年的铁甲巨舰。
这个Memorial，肃穆的气氛虽足，但缺了点壮烈的感觉，即使作为最后的胜利者老美也
不愿意过多直视这场战役的惨痛吧。

not be feasible.
You can make La Jolla beaches (2 hours or so, these are more like sight
seeing beaches with less sands. Highly recommend Childrens Pool's beach,
they should have seals on the beach), Point Loma (half hr driving from La
Jolla) and then hit Coronado for some time. You can skip Mission Bay as you
are not playing any water sports. Beach activities at the Hotel Del should
be similar to Mission Bay.
