What is the value of this subject? I know, from the biology point of view,
you could investigate the human physical evolution by studing the evolution
tree at molecular level, and you can study different phenotypes induced by
genotypes at macroscopic level under physiology. What is the particularity
of the anthropology perspective? (race comparison?)

It is not about science for most PIs.
I just can't tolerate people here talking about that if students don't work

If you do love science, do what you like. Then don't worry about your

I feel pursuing a career in plant research field is promising. It depends
on who you are, how you view the whole area and why you are studing it.
Why do we do biological research? Do we really care how worms grow, how
flys give their neuron signal changes, and how plant development is
affected by hormones? No, we don't. The only ultimate reason we do
research is because we want us, human beings, to live better. So, from
these aspects, what can we learn from plants? Small molecule

1. I think your boss is very reasonable. He has to make decision from the
point of being a mentor. It is acceptable to let a student with poor thesis
progress get some additional help to graduate, regardless whether this
student is Indian, Chinese, or American. You said you were confused why he
did not give the half-finished project to you. That's because you are in a
better situation and he belive you do not need to take this advantage.

I totally forgot to check that Course Center. I did not take any classes in the past 2 years. Also, not every professor uses that Course Center. Some professors never use that.At the beginning, we communicated through regular email. But I did not know there was an assignment in the Course Center.

Freshman student: “He is a monster“
Freshman stude
