为什么不读2年就QUIT找工作, 为什么要让老板左右RESEARCH, "WHY CAN'T YOU
CONTROL YOUR RESEARCH", 很TOUGH, 问题是我学校老板也是非常STUBBORN的人,我不大
可能自己找一个方向, 我又不能对他这么说, 感觉上这个大头没有读过PHD,尤其不知道
外国学生不可能在美国随便QUIT. 这时候气氛已经很僵了. 他又问了我RESEARCH, 我说
我做的东西,然后他就非常不屑,说我这个东西不是REAL WORLD PROBLEM, 他们
MICROSOFT找个BS, MS培养我读PHD这么多年,一定比我有用. 讲的非常RUDE. 我当时非

difficulty is limited by the length of the interview and the the
material covered, in other words, suitability, among other factors;

elementary school. my husband said he grow up in a 60m2 apartment with his

其实今天离20周还早呢，可这是我的OB上次给我预约的时间。做之前B超师问我孕几周
了，告诉她之后我问是不是做这个B超有点早，她说kind of，不过后来做的时候也没说
什么。前前后后大概花了40分钟，量胳膊、腿、心脏、脊柱、大脑和各种内脏，还看了
嘴唇。宝宝一开始太能动，看心脏时花了很长时间，后来量脑袋时B超师想让宝宝换个
姿势，可人家就是不换，B超师直说come on, stubborn baby! 她只好使劲地用探头按
我的肚皮,有时还挺疼的，折腾半天之后B超师只好让我站起来走动走动跳一跳, 再看的
时候她说much better.做大B超 |

写产经，希望对姐妹有个帮助。
宝宝是frank breech，而且是极其stubborn的那种——version都转不下去她——她娘
我不得不极不情愿的约了39周整C-section。
一早上，全家兴奋的感到医院。先填了简单的表格（之前preregister过），然后护士
把我们带到观察室。我被要求换衣服，护士来给打IV，我签了一些字（当时心情还是挺
紧张的，签那种生死文书的时候我都不敢看——呵呵，现在想想言重啦！），然后医生
来最后确定宝宝还是breech。我听说过最后一刻宝宝转下去的例子，可惜我没那么幸运
，宝宝的脑袋一直大大的顶在上边。足足在观察室待了一个半小时，打完了一大袋生理
盐水。上了导尿管，护士又来做了简单的shave之后就叫我们准备好去手术室。
护士让老公套上无菌服和帽子，就把他和我妈带了出去。然后让我自己走到手术室——
带着导尿管走路还是很不舒服的。手术室好冷啊！再加上心里很紧张，一进去我就有点
儿打哆嗦。护士让坐上一个很高的条案上，她扶我弓着腰，麻醉师来打麻药。我本来以

我身高168cm，怀孕之前55kg，生之前67kg，长了24斤。出院的时候掉到63kg，产后一
周掉到了60kg，目前59kg，还没有开始做什么运动。自我感觉目前除了肚子之外，其他
部位已经基本恢复到产前的状态。由于要喂奶，现在每天吃的挺多，所以估计最后这几
斤要等到几个月之后才能彻底减掉了。而且小肚子貌似很难减，准备出了月子做些锻炼
腹肌的运动。
我身体底子一直不错，所以产后恢复的很快，生完当天下午就可以下地走路了。产后第
三天带小家伙去看Ped，走路还是有些发软，只能跟在lg后面慢慢挪。不过过了两天基
本就恢复过来了，可以出去散步了。虽然婆婆每次打电话的时候都强烈要求我卧床休息
，但我仍是闲不住，每天在床上呆的时间也就是睡觉的几个小时。我感觉能走还是要走
，很有助于产后恢复。我的撕裂伤口也恢复的不错，第一周摸上去很肿，有时候会有撕
扯的痛感。我坚持每次上完厕所都用spray bottle冲洗，再加上医院给的药膏，现在恢

所以消耗很大，虽然每天吃的挺多，体重还是掉的比较快。但是最后几斤貌似不太好减
了，估计要到几个月之后了。而且肚子貌似很难减，准备出了月子做些锻炼腹肌的运动。

，也经常裹着棉袄，问题是家里并不冷，我和lg都觉得热呢，就她一个人晚上还盖2条

，pp就拿了很多棉褥子给宝宝裹呀，包呀，还说妈妈的体温热，让宝宝躺我身边睡，裹

者宝宝窒息，所以那几个晚上我都没有睡，在医院里每次医生护士来查房，看到宝宝这
个样子都摇头，说这样太热了不要这么裹，我也很无奈，只好和医生说是我的
motherinlow坚持的，她非常stubborn,我在试着和她沟通。。。在医院的时候，为了说
服她，我们只有说宝宝如果体温超过99度就要被送走验血观察，她才会稍微解开包裹一
点点。不过回家后又照旧。宝宝打2个喷嚏就马上说，宝宝冷啊，你们没给她盖毯子，
宝宝喝好奶打嗝，又说喝奶的时候没注意吸入了凉气。。。。总之，她永远都这么谨小
甚微的。还有我每次喂奶，她都跑过来要矫正我的姿势，其实我觉得我的姿势我自己舒

宝宝6个月了,他前几个月晚上睡眠还行所以一直拖着没训练,我们倒是很早就有睡前

最近晚上也开始变差了,吃奶次数多了而且很难放下.我试过抱他摇他睡都不行他就是要
吃奶.我打算做好心理准备后训练他(他挺stubborn,有次把他放在crib让他自己睡,老公
在旁边拍他安慰他,他还哭了1个半小时还不停,后来老公受不了把他抱起来了).我有点
舍不得把他一个人留在房间哭,想用折中一点的方法,陪在他crib旁边,不知道会不会没
有效果呢.有些baby sleeping specialists反对cry it out,说会对宝宝大脑性格造成
影响.
有经验或者也有这个烦恼的妈妈们近来聊聊,分享点经验打打气吧

一下我爱宝宝版，版上的妈妈们，准妈妈们，所有的人都很nice, 在这里也学到了很
多东西，得到了不少的建议和信息。
我的预产期是5月3号，可是从37周产检开一指之后就再也没有任何进展，39周的时候我
的ob帮我做了membranes stripping, 希望帮我加速开指。结果那天下午回到家确实有
一点点见红，当天晚上以为要生了，兴冲冲跑去医院，结果还是1指，灰溜溜的又回来
了。
5月 1号：产前最后一次产检，还是一指，50% dilation, position -2。医生笑着跟我
说”you have a very stubborn cervix”。最后决定5月3号去催产（之前一直纠结要
不要催，最后还是妥协了），还帮我约了第二天去放气球 （Foley balloon catheter
induction of labor）
5月2号：1:30pm 出发去种气球。3pm 种完气球，刚从医院出来肚子就开始阵痛了，痛

80%，心率也要控制到个人最高心率的60 -70%之内。 我这次怀孕身体状况并不太好。
怀孕前两个月刚丢了一个11周的宝宝， 这次孕初期又有5-10%的胎盘剥离，加上早期巨
吐症，从7，8周到出first trimester几乎都是在床上躺着的。 所以进入second
trimester神清气爽以后也不敢再做提高心率的运动， 也就是每天下班后去逛街两小时
给宝宝扫货，加上上下班爬楼梯，这样一直坚持到生。

发帖数: 154 | 49 1. 800不算多，正常是顺产失血500以下，剖腹产失血1000以下是正常的，而且医生会
观察产后的验血报告看需不需要输血。所以这个完全不要担心，医生一般会看的。假如
有的人产后贫血的稍微严重，但是如果没有其他反应例如心跳过快或者头晕这些，医生
会保守治疗，给你开铁片之类的。
2。 ABO发生的几率，主要看你老公是什么血型的，你应该是 O型的。一般来说如果第
二个孩子如果跟第一个血型一样的话，可能会严重点，因为身体里有抗体了。但是也不
要担心，及时照蓝光就好了，而且新生儿刚出生的脐带血都有送去检查看看有没有ABO
溶血的问题。
3。这个问题我就没办法解释了，应该跟个人体质有关系，这个要是有办法解决，很多
人就都不用剖了。医生说有的人的宫颈是比较stubborn. |
