在很爽，就有些收不住了，文采被语文老师骂了12年了，凑合看吧。
我们同行6人都是刚到美国第二年，第一次自己安排路线出游，怕出问题或遗漏什么经
典，就查了很多攻略，提前拟定好了行程。一趟下来玩得非常爽，黄石大提顿景色很壮
观有特点，天气也非常给力，可以说没有任何遗憾了。

准备物品：
衣服就不说了，但那边海拔2km左右，记得以前学的是1km减8度，带件厚的准没错。
帽子一定要，遮阳的，某些22们带镂空的帽子结果一直掉头皮。
一次性雨衣或冲锋衣。我们运气很好，都是大晴天或多云。
手套如果你准备爬山就带一个薄的，太阳镜必须的，要不然亮瞎你的双眼。
望远镜，看动物必备！必须的！要不然别人看着熊，你就干瞪眼儿。
防蚊液准备一瓶没错，湖边很多虫子。防晒更不用说了，那边海拔高。

bf催我了今天，他想当我游记里的bf，因为他出门很给力，我写游记少不了表扬他，不
出门的时候就。。。
其实去黄石就是看风景看动物和看喷泉，感叹一下地球的神奇和壮观就完了。所以以下
内容如有雷同，纯属没辙。
--- 喷泉篇
唯一一天住在园内是Mammoth Hot Spring Hotel, 所以走两步就去了Mammoth Hot
Spring，这里的钙化喷泉真壮观，我没见过世面，总觉得像人工的。硫磺熏一熏，梯田
走一走，海拔1989。bf说到高的地方兜一圈上个2000。后来发现之后大部分时间我们都
是在2000+的海拔。都说黄石气候多变，其实主要是海拔，上下个3,4百米温度当然不一
样。还有来了才知道为什么北门常年开，南门在我们临走前一天才开，南面半个八字才
是真正在super volcano的里面，海拔更高，地势更平，也更冷。反过来北边，mammoth
到norris那部分就更加山路十八弯一些。身临其境，也理解了为什么说这个大火山要是
爆发了，2/3的美国就没了。
无法预测却非常活跃的地热喷泉，还有五颜六色的pool应该是黄石最吸引人的景色了。

发帖数: 377 | 4 趁着6月10-14号在San Jose开会的机会，决定前一个周末去Yosemite玩一个周末。知道
时间很紧张，而且想玩的地方又很多。其实去年10月份也是借开会的机会去过一趟。不
过都说到了10月，都没水了。所以风景会比春天差很多。这次是一个人出行，所以
hiking可以aggressive一点。
时间安排是这样的:
周五中午到San Jose机场，租车，下午6点开到Yosemite。在院子外面camping，进原子
看日落，买吃的。
周六早上一早8点开始爬Glacier point，花了不到5小时。下来以后再爬了lower fall
和mirror lake。得知拿到half dome的permit。
周日早上5点多起来，7点开始爬half dome。中午1点才到half dome。返回已经是5点多
。稍作休息，开车回San Jose机场，还车，回酒店。
下面是具体细节：
一直听说half dome很有挑战，而且需要permit才能上。由于没有提前申请permit，所
以只好在网上抽签。这个抽签是Yosemite预留了每天的50个permit外加一些把permit

hiking. Bryce and Zion are very close to Vegas, so you can visit them in
future trip to Vegas. You are better of to only visit Moab on this trip.
Moab has 3 parks near by: Arched NP / Canyonlands NP / dead horse state park
. Hiking Arches trail such as devils garden, fiery furnace, and delicate
arch will each take few hours and they are strenuous, so not a good idea to

just part and parcel of the type of exercise. So long as it goes down
quickly when you stop the strenuous workout, then it's in great shape.
Don't know what hindu squat is. But tabata squat can be good too. Last
night's WOD started and ended with a 4 minute tabata squats. The tabata
timing is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. You can give it a try and see
if you like it. |

除了后山外基本就是跟着GOING TO THE SUN 一路开过去一路CAMP 过去.路真险, 俺老
板的爷爷参加了造那条路, 据说劳力全是华工, 不容易.
影响最深的是LOGAN PASS 找个停车兜了个把小时, 满地的COLUMBIA GROUND SQUIRREL.
.. BEAR GRASS 那时节已经看不到几棵了.
大概不会去第二次.
2. YELLOWSTONE
NP里的战斗机.放松放松, 锻炼身体,改改贪吃懒睡的习惯.看熊的话东面路上多开开肯
定有.PRONG HORN 东面也有, 照相别想了,就拿个望远镜看看得了.

“有钱就是任性”具有嘲笑有钱人做事风格的意思，并常在微博炫富的时候使用，

路线：Lower Sam Merrill Trail -> Echo Mountain -> Castle Canyon ->
Inspiration Point -> Upper Sam Merrill Trail -> Sunset Point -> Echo
Mountain -> Lower Sam Merrill Trail
山顶上那个小亭子就是我们的目的地 Inspiration Point，这是从距离Inspiration
Point只有大概两个switchback的地方拍的
到达小亭子，看见这个“世界著名的望远镜景观”的牌子，把我震撼了一下
这些就是那些世界著名的望远镜，上边都写着分别可以看到什么landmark，够震撼吧？
其实，你真正去看的时候才发现，原来。。。。。。。那些所谓的望远镜都只是一些铁
管子！！！
恩，纯铁管子，连点儿玻璃都木有。lol 够唬人吧？那个牌子，原来是跟你开的个玩笑！
累了一路爬到顶峰，大家笑笑解乏啊！

strenuous--my fri almost fallen down from a big rock. But the reward is a
