提议免费在其境内建设一个雷达观测站用于监视非法渔猎，不过这一提议却遭到了拒绝

帝汶担心这个雷达观测站可能被用于情报收集。

YOu missed my sentnece in the previous posting that said, "In fact,
nothing--no literature, history, music, and so on--crossed the Taiwan
Strait to Taiwan, from establishment of Republic of China in 1912 (exceptfor
a few exceptions such as 胡适, who moved to Taiwan anyway). Pay heed to
1912, which was not 1949.

近日多条消息再次提醒世人，台海两岸渐行渐近渐趋一之势已成。
一是台湾经济对中国的经济依存度居世界首位。据英国《经济学人》资料，台湾GDP当
中的14%来自对中国大陆的出口。中国目前也是台湾最大的贸易伙伴，台湾大约44%的出
口运往中国大陆。台商对中国大陆的投资也占据了台湾对外投资总额的40%左右。2010
年6月，中国和台湾还签署两岸经济合作框架协议（ECFA），将双方的经贸合作制度化
。在此情况下，台湾的“政治”（政界）已经无法不听“经济”（商界）的吆喝。
二是台海两岸的政治关系。香港亲北京杂志《镜报》最新一期发表署名陈星战的文章“
两岸发展之前瞻性思维”，指北京可能在2013年的全国人大会议上，让国民党荣誉主席
连战担任国家副主席。 文章说，“北京的构想已非一朝一夕，北京的诚意不容怀疑。
”若此事成为现实，台湾大概会成为与香港类似的“特区”。
在台海两岸趋一之势中，台湾明显处于弱势地位，不仅无法影响大陆政治，自身的民主
自由还受到北京的逐步蚕食。因此这种趋一之势不仅让那些期望台湾成为中国民主事业
