经向东帝汶提议免费在其境内建设一个雷达观测站用于监视非法渔猎，不过这一提议却
遭到了拒绝。报道中说，东帝汶第一副总理若泽-路易斯-古特雷斯(Jose Luis
Guterres)表示，东帝汶担心这个雷达观测站可能被用于情报收集。
《悉尼先驱晨报》援引古特雷斯的话报道说，中国提出这一建议最早在2007年12月，当
时中国表示愿意在东帝汶最北端的岛屿上免费为其建设一个雷达观测站用于监视非法渔
猎活动。他说，中国提的唯一要求是该雷达观测站必须由中国技术人员管理运营。

ourselves Chinese--make it 正統 (note the past tense, indicating it was

奥巴马政府承认台湾为一个主权独立国家，并且以积极支持台湾作为联合国正式会员，
展开与台湾恢复正式外交关系的过程。

德州共和党联邦众议员迈克尔·麦考尔(Michael McCaul)星期四发布新闻稿说，台湾人
民从来没有在中华人民共和国的统治下生活过，但后者却“持续非法地宣称对台湾拥有
