一个大公司的FEA职位，不方便公开具体是哪家公司。问的问题大概有：
1. 一根棍子，其中一端固定，拉伸另一端到一个strain value, fix住，然后升高温度
，再保持在这个温度一段时间。要求画出stress-time图。
2. 一根horizontal方向上的棍子，两端pin住，施加uniform vertical pressure，要
求画出momentum-position图。
3. 画出一个elastic-plastic material loading-unloading的stress-strain图
4. creep的3 regions，第二个region常用的equation。什么情况下考虑creep。
5. 描述stress relaxation
6. visco-elastic constitutive models以及各自的局限性
7. glass transition的特征

是所有医生都查不出病，说是anxiety,pressure,也让我看心理医生，拖了将近一年，
我也觉得快死掉了。终于一次大爆发，开始严重腹泻，达到怎么吃进去，怎么出来，喝
水也泻，肚子疼得动都动不了，急诊室也进了，专护病房也住上了（我想他们给我特护
是为了隔离，怀疑我有什么离奇的感染），肠道窥镜也作了，c-scan，也作了，血样也
寄给全国传染病小组了，但是什么问题都查不出来，点滴24小时打着，可是还是腹泻。
最后是一个专家，我忘了那个词叫什么了，是一种infection specialist或者
bacteria virus specialist。他当场叫停了抗生素，说我是肠道菌群紊乱，让我吃一
种probiotic, 吃了一天，止泻，吃了三天，就好了。当然我还要继续吃完。
我后来对菌群和probiotics比较关注，了解了不少知识。现在一直在吃。我发现普
通医生对这方面的知识及其缺乏，还是要自己多了解些各个方面的知识，比盲目信任，
遵从医生好，对自己的身体更负责。

The strains that cause simple wart usually do not cause cervical cancer,
which means most likely Gardasil can still be protective for you.

been identified in many different species.
For this strain (NASA have found), the growth rate is really slow(this is
normal for such strains). After 480h, the total cells just increased about
10 folds(from 10e6/ml to 10e7/ml). So the demanding of phosphorus may be
small.
And after 120h, this strain reaches stationary phase. I don't know if they
are still alive after 480h. |

into wild type strain. Why not just make a phage lysate of your mutant

多数inducible mouse是转基因的，通常需要从十几个strain中挑出最好的。
选择的标准有，表达量、表达的pattern等等。而且很重要的一点就是要有2个以上
strain有共同的表型，从而排除integration site 造成表型的误导。
你的实验才刚开始，作老鼠很费时间，花点时间鉴定好的strain是很值得的。否则今后

transformation efficiency. The reason to use heat shock more often
1. Heat shock often gives higher, at least not lower, transformation
efficiency.
2. Heat shock is a more versatile method. For some strain, electroporation
gives very low efficiency. Take some commonly used lab strain for example,
CEN.PK strains have equal efficiency for these two methods, while INVSc1
failed to form any colonies using electroporation.
