在冷战结束的前后几十年内，美国一直高举自由贸易大旗，推动各国开放市场包括
投资，让美国印美元，就可以自由地购买各国经济资源，控制各国经济，却从来不让其
他国家印钱购买美国资产，甚至拿物资从美国人手里换来的美元，也难以购买美国的资
产，只能借给美国人使用。到2001年，终于以同样条件，将具有世界上最多劳动力的国
家纳入了美国主导的全球化经济体系，到2007年前后，就实现了哈佛大学弗格森教授总
结的“中国负责生产，美国负责消费”中美国经济模式[1]。美国国内的工业生产已经
萎缩，基本不生产工业消费品了，工业基础产品生产能力也日趋减少，需要大量进口，

一、美国对外发动战争的特点
美国自独立建国以来，除在北美大陆发动的对印第安人一百多次战争外，发动的对
外战争及军事行动，到2001年就达到130次[1]，包括两次侵略中国的战争，一次是参加
八国联军侵华，一次是带领联合国军攻入朝鲜时轰炸中国东北，准备攻入中国，遭志愿
军击败(这里不计旧中国时代美军在中国境内开枪开炮，如1927年炮击南京伤亡2000多
人[2])。美国是近代以来发动对外战争最多的国家，仅奥巴马上任总统八年，虽获诺贝
尔和平奖，却在任上指挥美军入侵七国[3]。
美国发动的战争，绝大部分是针对小国和弱国，很多时候，还拉上一帮盟国帮助。
针对较强国家的战争，主要包括以下几次：
1、19世纪初，英法战争正酣，1812年6月18日美国趁机向英国宣战[4]，发动了针

化和制度，引入了很多汉语新词汇。本文举例指出，这些新词存在过分美化美国和西方
