negotiation is always a tricky business. but if you are a confident person,
there is no need to be greedy. i used to get 750K startup, but only used
about 300K (because i got 2 grants in the 2nd year). the rest was taken away
after 3 years - another note: you need specifically say that the startup
will be YOURS forever).
