Gyro. （４）eggplant stew with veal ;平均每道菜20刀，量很大，我只吃了一半，
就不行了。
餐馆里有很多象"my big, fat greek wedding"里的女主一样的高，大，壮，艳的美女。
舞娘大概八点半左右登场，先头顶一盘蜡烛跳了一段，显显真功夫。我们走的时候，伊
开始挨桌邀舞，男女不限，热情奔放。俺肚子里的宝宝也是随音乐手舞足蹈，把俺大大
收拾了一番。 |

红烧肉也不要买那里现成的STEW PORK，买五花肉自己回去切了炖才好吃。这是以前都
不知道的两个误区哈：）

Spring Rain: 幸福屯downtown的韩国小店。干净整洁，就是服务比较慢，因为只有一
个大厨跟一个服务员。喜欢大部分食物，特别是kalbi和豆腐stew。石头锅倒是普通。

竹园: 通常去那里都是饮茶，其实点心非常普通，就是离家近。感觉晚饭好过而且相对

Fuku Sushi：唯一会去吃传统sushi／sashimi的地方（fusion的除外），三藩J－town
里，食材新鲜。他家在yelp上评价特差，不过我觉得那些人不懂寿司。本人固定餐牌：
appetizer：cold tufu，偶然sake－steamed clams，edamame （如果叫酒就有免费小
份的）

发帖数: 29495 | 17 长滩，只是一个位于华盛顿州西南角一个狭长半岛，上面有多个规模很小的小镇，这个
东西只有1英里宽度的半岛，南北绵延的海滩有20多英里。半岛周围有很多野生动物鸟
类的栖息地，南侧，是位于哥伦比亚河口的Cape Disappointment State Park，和
Oregon遥相呼应，这里有很多当年Lewis and Clark探险的足迹。
这里一年一度的风筝节，足够的风资源，在这里放风筝，应该是一件很轻松的事情。
从Olympia，一路西行，公路在绿色的林海之中穿行，从Montesano，沿着107向南，很
快又回到101公路。公路在山地之间穿行，过了Raymond小镇和South Bend，大海渐渐的
出现在右手边，在这里，已经可以看到长滩所在半岛的北端。大片的滩涂，非常多的海
鸟，周围有不少的农场。这一部分的地形，有很多的海湾，景色开阔，在这里开车，也
是一件很轻松的事情。
这次入住的旅馆，Inn At Harbor Village，位于长滩附近的另外一个小镇，ILWACO，

We brought lots of can food for camping in Yellowstone (we didn't know we
could get ice in yellowstone)... we made burgers the first day, and made
meat stews for the next two days... we also made tuna sanwiches with salsa
for lunches... the best part was the dissert, grilled marshmallows... |

你选的参照物可能有问题。“车梨”何“荷兰豆”都不是大众食品。说水果要说苹果/
橙子/橘子/西瓜等大众水果。说蔬菜要说西红柿/土豆/lettuce/broccoli/cauliflower
/cabbage等大众蔬菜。
澳大利亚肉类便宜吧。beef stew, t-bone steak, chicken breast, pork chops等什么
价钱？
牛奶鸡蛋便宜。cheese价格如何？
汽油60元11加仑，折合每升1.20元（=60/11/4.546），和加拿大相当，或者比加拿大稍
微便宜一点。
汽车价格也合理，开大车多付些钱也没什么。小肛车是什么概念？加拿大的Honda CRV(
I4)是小肛吗？
澳大利亚大城市房价好像也没有离谱，median price在$350K-$500K之间。

- about 1,5 kg of mutton or pork.
- 3 glasses of rice (it must be washed beforehand and soaked for some hours)
- 3-4 carrots and 2 onions
- 2-3 garlic bulbs and 2-3 chilly pepper pods
- Fat (of sheep’s tail would be perfect)
- jeera, turmeric, paprika (or only jeera)
- salt and water.
The ingredients are enough for a 6 litre-pot. Cooking time is about 3 hours.
